Address?

I think almost everyone picked Grant for their answer. I thought the kidnapper was saying Curry st, But after scouring everywhere, i couldn't find anything in the game that had a curry st addy. After listening several times, I thought maybe he said curVy st. (although it could be i just WANTED to hear curvy st) The only thing close to that on the zendorel page was curvasand. so i chose that location, BUT for some reason, they have NOT posted what the correct addy was? Are they accepting all addys from the zendorel page?
Oh well time to do it all again for the suzuki part of the game with sonia...

 SaveMyHusband answers

I heard the video with the Goodis family at Applebee's, and Andrew appears fine (guess they got the antidote in him soon enough....lol), and they definitely say it was Grant Tenbrook who was behind the kidnapping, but what is the address?? Am I not looking at the right place???

 Address for Day 8

Ok this is taken from the homepage of SMH.com:
Day 8
This was the hardest for me. I was able to find that link on the Akarm site with all the fingerprints, so matching them to the murder weapon's print wasn't too bad. But I never thought to look back on the Zendorel website for the address where they were keeping Dad. The people that found this in time are not only clever, they're heroes!

So it has to be Cherry Street or 8 North Cherry Street, however you entered it.

Final

I see some desperate people trying to see if they would accept any answer on the zendorel website, anything with the word street or "c" or "ry" in it. No, they will accept one answer-

Grant Tenbrook
8 North Cherry Street

They wont accept any other name because Sonia explained that Grant has changed the fingerprints on the website, it was not a glitch.

They will not accept any other location because the voice on the video sounded out 'cerry street' (h not pronouced, therefore making it hard for everyone) On the Zendorel website, Cherry Street is a location, and is specific.

I believe someone on this website made the first post under a spoiler heading, gave the exact answers, and explained why they were correct. I forgot who he was haha, but it was right on the money.

 Address

They are also accepting Robert Johnson as a correct answer because of the mix up in the fingerprint file. They posted on the SMH Site this morning. There are plenty of posts that tell us this and post the link for it, but now the site has a Parse Error.

FROM THE WEB SITE

From the website it says:
Due to a technical error, the fingerprint application was temporarily associating Robert Johnson with Grant Tenbrook's prints incorrectly. For this reason, Robert Johnson will also be considered an acceptable answer.

As for the street address I'm not sure. If I was a judge I would say that the answer would have to be 8 North Cherry Street just like it was printed. It would make the prize pool smaller since the technical error now accepts Robert Johnson. Then again maybe it was Robert that was holding the camera.

 Address
So Which address is right!!!

Its either 8 north Cherry or 34 Curvsand

I don't own a cell phone, can you dub over a movie
and insert a word or two???

Could Grant have picked up the cell phone after Sonia (missing)
ran away, watched the video and tried to dub one word over the
street name changing Cursand to CU-erry. Heard the cops coming
who were supposed to be tailing Sonia( good job boys in blue),
and Grant panic'd TOssing the phone damaging not wanting to be found
with damaging evidence in is posession. Then Ran.

If its Curvsand or curvy street (slang) their will be a lot of non- winners
I put cherry myself, but I wonder...

 Solved
If you were right tell us here

This was my first game of this type. I stumbled onto this site and was impressed with most of the work done by the members. Some of you were way out there. But, nice detective work and great sharing of information.

Grant Tenbrook/Robert Johnson were acceptable as was 8 N. Cherry street.

 Address
So which address is right?

I listened to the tape plenty of times and couldn't tell for sure if it was bad dubbing or if it was skipping. I was able to distinguish the following:
1. K sound at the start
2. R sound in the middle
3. E (Y) sound at the end
4. STREET

Zendorel had 2 Holdings with "Street" in the Address
1. Cherry Street @ 8 North Cherry Street
2. Grey Corner @ 23-RR Bibby St.

As a first answer, I assumed the tape was skipping so I went with:
23-RR Bibby St. because -- Corner has a K sound, RR (of course) has an R sound, Bibby has an E sound at the end and St. is the abbreviation for Street, and would be pronounced as Street.

As a second answer, I assumed it was bad dubbing so I went with:
8 North Cherry Street because: Ch can be pronounced like a K, erry made the R and E (Y) sound and Street was spelled out.

Guess we'll all find out for sure what address is acceptable in a couple of weeks.

do you think they'll accept this?
my final answers

Rolling Eyes

I put Grant Tenbrook, but put 8 Cherry Street and forgot the word North in the address. Please tell me I still would be considered a winner.

I got the name right too easy. What threw me was the place. To me the man clearly said Curry Street. The Cherry St. addy made since to me because it was the closest thing to Curry with a complete address that I could find but I couldn't get past the fact that when he said where Grant was held he said the name with a hard C no matter how hard I tried I couldn't hear the ch sound.

I thought it was CURRY too -- then I thought CURVY, he did not say Cherry imho. I put in the entire cherry street address though on my first try and Curry Street on my 2nd, just in case.
