[HUMOR] Crapplebees apoligizes for crappy game
Crapplebees apoligizes for crappy game

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
FOR IMIEDIETE RELEASE

The Crapplebees Corporation would like to apoligize to the tens of thousands of players that recently played the kidnap-murder mystery at savemyhusband.com. Like many players, we at Crapplebees feel dissapointed about some arbritary changes made late in the game. In addition, Crapplebees has come to the conclusion that fictional kidnappings are not the best way to advertise our delicious chicken wings. We apoligize to anyone we have offended.

Therefore, we at Crapplebees have decided to share the prize winnings with all Americans, not just those that played the game. During the week of June 26, come to Crapplebees for our National Kidnappathon! "Kidnap" a friend and bring them to Crappblebees and get 5% off your meal!* Kidnapping has never been so fun before!

Crapplebees
Kidnapping Good in the Neighborhood

* Crapplebees does not condone kidnappings. Meals must be more that 20.00 for discount.

I'm happy!

So many people here and other forums have complained about the contest. Some blogs even go as far to say that the advertising was "untasteful".
Others complain that the game was 'unfair" and that the websites and or passwords were changed.
All I can say is grow up people! I am so glad that the sponsers took the time to provide this fun stuff for us to participate in. Especially when life can be, at times, well boring.
This was free to all of us, who have access to a computer, so bloody what is your problem???

I agree. And I noticed that for all those who complained or said the game was too easy, there were a LOT of people who got the answer wrong! Confused

Sure there were a few glitches, but I'm sure the web persons didn't think their unpublished pages would pop up on Google (hint: use metatags next time!)

I think some people would be unhappy no matter how well it was set up. Personally, I thought it was a fun distraction and wouldn't mind having a second round finding Sonia.

I'm glad that they put the effort forth for a game, but...

Still, this is hilarious!
