i cant get into SMH

i havent been able to get into smh???? does anyone know why?

winner's list

I cannot access the official rules to get the address to send a SASE for the winner's list. Can anyone find it? It said it would be available after 06/14, which may be sooner than the 2 week wait. Thanks
