Hunt For Riddick While checking out the newest trailers from Universal, I happened upon the website for The Chronicles Of Riddick (http://www.thechroniclesofriddick.com). There is a link at the end of the intro animation for "Join the Hunt for Riddick."
I signed up and I am waiting for more info in email, but I was wondering if someone has heard or seen anything about this. New ARG?
Thanks

I haven't heard or seen anything about any of this, and this is the first mention of the movie i've seen as well. But, being the ARG junkie i am (and currently in the midst of withdrawals), i quickly signed up.

alright Well, I've signed on also...
Saw the trailer during LOTR - the crowd seemed pretty interested.
Although I figure once Vin Diesel gets involved with something - it may be endangering staying an underground movement.

I am so ready for this game I am currently in Iraq and had trouble playing Acheron due to all the security on these computers. Now I have the opportunity to play this awesome game. Hopefully, I will be home before it starts.

Thanks. I really appreciate the support. The fact of the matter is there is little to do now so the chain of command has got bored and started creating a poor atmosphere by doing stupid stuff that makes everone miserable. I just want to come home.

http://huntergratzner.com/ Mart:
Check out this website. Hunter Gratzner is a company that manufactures miniatures for the film industry and they did the film Pitch Black, which is of course the predecessor of The Chronicles of Riddick.
If you click on the the Pitch Black box on the site you'll see an intro that uses the text you found and eventually takes you to the Hunt For Riddick flash intro.
BTW there's also an interesting "black box interface" which may yield some more info.

There's either a bug in the Flash, or there is no black box interface - everywhere you click on the page leads you to the intro trailer.
(btw, fired off an email to aeronSPLAT thechroniclesofriddick.com, and no bounce. Waiting to see if there's a reply.)

I looked through the black box and some of the survivor profiles are cut off and don't finish scrolling down.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Riddick has a comma, Zeke's and Iman's and Johns' cuts off, Jack's and Fry's and Shazza's doesn't have scrolly buttons and cuts through a sentence, Fry's and Johns' both pictures and profile "twtch". The debriefing file doesn't allow for scrolling down either.
Thought it could be kept in the back of our minds.

RE: Hunt for Riddick
Here is the text from the scrolling "monitor" on the flash comic of Riddick's escape--I hope it's not just programming gibberish. Not being a programming type, I don't know if Xceed is a common tool or not, or the people who designed the page. What might "Scene 1.35 ZzXC" or "Scene 1.35 XCED" refer to? Something on the DVD? Hmm.
(This is exactly how it plays, and it seems the same as the text on the screen behind the doctor, later; the underlined is highlighted as black, the rest of the text is blue, the { } is my note)
