I think this is the funniest I've ever seen CM.

Quote:
Scott,

I'm calling this code the "three layer omelette" because it's applicable, and because I'm hungry.

Here's the breakdown:

I've given you three sets of items; numbers, letters, and words.

The words, once unscrambled, give you insight into how to unscramble the letters, including the letters that have no associated words.

The letters, once unscrambled, give you insight into how to unscramble the numbers.

The numbers, once unscrambled, give you insight into the nature of this task, and why I've asked you these questions.

Bon Appetit!
Codemaster

So, it looks like we need to figure out how the words go together, which will help us organize the letters. And once we organize those letters (I'm assuming alongside the first letters we got in response for telling him about ourselves), we'll figure out the message in the numbers.

Maybe once we have the message from the letters spelled out, and correspond those to the numbers, we'll know what's going down.

I made a word document with each part of our code in case anyone wants to use it.

Thanks, jabroni, well done. I'm still thinking that the letters next to the words spell out to THE SOLUTION BEING...and then whatever follows that. Also, I think that once we get the words in the right order, we'll put the first letters we got into a message that goes in front of the letters that came with the words (because PERTAINS TO YOU is a weird way to begin a message).

Then, we use the numbers to correlate to the letters in the letter message.

But, of course, I think we need a few more phrases to finish this, and it's really annoying me that we don't know them yet and I'm leaving for Orange Beach, Alabama in about 5 and a half hours.

All right, I have to leave for Camp in about 45 minutes, so everyone enjoy kicking butt on these puzzles. Hopefully, we don't have to strike until after 10 on Friday night, lol.

That was a lot to catch up on, I really need to go email Codemaster back.

Thanks Jabroni for the doc.

And I think I like this puzzle, lol.

EDIT

Quote:

Codemaster,

The story you are telling is a beautiful one. I have much appreciation for it.

I come from a very dysfunctional pentecostal family. Although I do not abide by the Pentecostal morals, I attend the church.

As for my family, I was born in North Carolina to One German Male and One Cherokee/American Female. My father tried to drown me when I was a child (one year old, to be exact) and my mother sent me to live with my Aunt, in Alabama. My mother finally left my father when she got pregnant with my brother, and she moved to AIabama, and took custody of me again. I never knew my father, and never really desired to. I have one brother and one half sister, both are younger than myself.

My mother was a heavy drug user, and never really cared what I was doing. My grandmother was the one who fed me and clothed me 95% of my childhood. Not to worry though. I grew up a very strong and independent woman. I had a bad time with Crystal Meth ( I have been clean two years now.), that consumed my years from 16-19.

Now at 21, I have a great job working as a Leasing Consultant for premier town homes. I have a 4 year old Daughter. I am also married to a beautiful man who helped me clean my act up and get back on the right path.

Thanks for everything.
Renee

And YAY! Maybe when I get my new webcam we can make a split screen vlog. LOL! Or a double vlog, lol.

Edit:

Let's hope its not an O!

I got a single letter, but not a letter with a phrase in parentheses. Maybe there are some more than need to come, because "brings us closer" would make sense to me.

Sorry if this has already been said, but I reread a few pages and couldn't find it, but that might be my muddled mid-workday mind.

Yep! It was an "E."

EDIT: I also responded to that email from CM, so hopefully I should get a letter with some phrase, too? I noticed that some people got one even without having responded, so we'll see.
