[Spec] Pictures on CM's 'resume'

I've been lurking for awhile, and am new to ARG so bear with me Wink

Has anyone else noticed that in CM's resume all the pictures of the females have their subjects looking directly, almost defiantly, at the camera, while the pictures of the males have their subjects with downcast or slitted eyes, looking defeated? The guy with the cut on his lower lip looks downright...DEAD!

I looked at the compilation you guys posted earlier, and i noticed that straight off. It's very strange, and as someone pointed out before, CM doesn't diddle with his clues.

You guys are brilliant, and this game is the coolest thing I've stumbled across in ages. Very Happy

Actually, I thought he had a cut on his lip at first, but when I looked a the picture closer, it looks more like he has a lip ring. Not sure if that makes a difference, but just an observation.

I was originally from North Carolina(Shelby), too. Smile It's a small world after all, lol. Love them country boys.

Steelrat have you read all the posts on FindEricTaylor.com? You'll find some good information there, just remember to stay in character on that forum.

Thanks for the tips beckyjean and Forever Razz

Now that I look at it closer it does look like a ring Embarassed

I tried typing in sam deercot.html on yahoo search, and the 8th listing, right above the ARG site, was this:

http://greylodge.org/gpc/?cat=5&paged=4

I don't know if it leads anywhere but, when I first looked at this site i was just looking for something about Human Pet or Sam Deercot. I couldn't find anything (or maybe I wasn't looking hard enough Confused ), so I gave up for a little bit. Going back onto the site, I realized that two of the articles were of interest. Ok, this is convoluted...

The first article, which is actually a link to you tube, is a four-part documentary about LSD and the counterculture in the sixties, which is interesting in itself, but it also connects to HP a little because of the hippies and such, [/b]but... the first part of the documentary details the secret CIA project MKULTRA, where the government tested out LSD on unsuspecting johns in a San Fransisco brothel ( you can't make this stuff up ). I first read about this years ago in an oversisize trade paperback comic titled The Big Book of Conspiracies ( great book by the way ), anyhow...

I went searching further down the page and another article caught my eye: Sauniere's Secret Room Not So Secret.. ok I recognized the name Sauniere from the same book. The story (unconfirmed, unlike the CIA article) deals w/ a legend about a priest who hid a treasure in a secret room at this chapel. No one really knows what the secret or treasure was
but one of the theories involved the Knights Templar and the Holy Grail. It is legend that Sauniere died a very wealthy man, and the presumption is that he was paid off by the Holy Roman Church for the secret or treasure, which was
further theorized to be the real Holy Grail, that Christ had escaped death at his crucifiction, and lived out his days married with children, thus the Holy Grail is really Christ's bloodline.

I know it's a stretch, but I thought it was maybe two motives behind CM's deriding of the hippies in his response to Eric's sister, and his religious fetishism.

just a thought ( a long one, i know, trout me if you must Wink )

EDIT
Do yall think the one thing we are missing from the single letter puzzle is another letter?.... I'm at a loss. I figured it was a rot.... Please if anyone has any idea's, please post them. I need help.

Grasping at Straws

Thanks man, I really thought it was too convoluted, but hey, nothing ventured...

still going to try to research the Sauliere angle, though. If I remember correctly there were weird ciphers on some of the walls of that chapel that no-one has linked to anything. eat up a few hours, anyway.

thanks for the meet and greet, everyone Very Happy

Chris

Well I did confirm that there are strange groups of letters (grouped in fours ) but I couldn't find examples of the 'glyphs(?)'. I could have sworn that someone had made a rubbing of them.
