Weird.
I just went abck and it changed back.

Before, it had a picture of a guy holding something.
And when the box appeared but the counter wasn't to be seen.

It's weird that it changed back so fast.

If you click on the dancing bee, you can see older versions of the countdown box. Is that it, perhaps?

The ILB site was temporarily down a few weeks ago, and it took a bit longer to get all the sound files back, but I think it was just a server glitch or something and what you're experiencing may just be left-over from that.
