SPEC: Detecting time machines

When Jake said that thing about time machines having effects on ley lines, I've thought it would be possible to detect a time machine working by detecting the fluctuation or other paramters of ley lines.
Ok, I know it's paraphysics, not proven, but several people do detect ley lines/etc.
Someone here, in Hungary uses a rayometer ps-10 for detecting these fields, and FM6T (???) to detect electrosmog (Whatever it is).
For us, the first one is the interesting. As I've seen it is used originally for detecting medical problems.
You can google it, there are lots of pages dealing with it.
For example http://www.bri-research.com/pages/rayonex_products.html
