I left a voicemail for John Green leaving my email address and he emailed me back!

By the way, I see that you are from the area of [location withheld]. I wonder if you have ever run into a former colleague of mine; a Ms. Kathleen Pillon. We worked together on several projects in the early 80's. I heard she ended up back out there.

OKAY, this is weird. Ms. Kathleen Pillon is the president of my former high school. There is no way she was involved with any projects! I can't imagine it! She's an ex-nun!

What do you think I should do? Follow up with him? What kind of "legitimate internal effort" should I say I'm part of?

 		Here's how I see it
To Date
I see the situation as follows. I belive that Juilan is a government agent who for what ever reason has dropped off the grid and is now out of control hense he is to be Discharged as far as we can tell. I belive that he is eith romantically involved with Elaina or that they are partners hence the message requesting the meet for coffee. I would say he is on edge about his situation because the one audio capture when he listens to elainas message you can hear him load a gun. I belive he acted with out his agencys permission when he stole the art and William and Claudia are trying to perform damage control by seizing up those assets and put them to use for project Osprey or regain control of it entirly. I don't belive the V-22 to be involved because if any of the players were in fact Pilots or related to the V-22 project the government wouldn't be letting the run around europe. If i remember correctly this has to do with an event that is going to Take place here in the States, which I am going to assume has to be either Secret Government testing which explains the phone message to begin with. That being the case perhaps julian is trying to stop said event which would explain the sudden urge to get rid of one of their top 2 canidates for the project. The only other option is a terrorist act that is supposed to take place which I don't see as very likely givin the initial phone message.

In short I think we need to look at this as people being infected with some virus or an outbreak of some disease. I know it's not much on what exactly Osprey might be but it's what I have put together as far as the players so hopefully this helps out some.

I would definatly say it's worth looking into more because it sounds pretty suspect if you ask me. It sounds like you going to need a good cover story because it sounds like he's not going to talk to just anyone about the project. The government is big on wasted assets and does have a fraud, waste and abuse program run by the inspector general. They are responsible for investigateing wasted funds and other government assets. might be a good place to start as far as your cover.

I would agree that seed is used in the sense of to start, this looks like some sort of black-op and the money has to been funnelled around to make it harder to trace, as for heat I would take that to mean pressure from above to get advance the project ahead of schedule.

I would image that the robbery was a field test, probably to determine which candidate to finally select.

Would anybody agree that OIS is likely to be "Office of Intelligence Support".

And there looks like lots to chew on since I wrote this. Wink

Tell him you're working for the ADDDOPS of OIS, investigating a potential leak regarding a restricted project.

I'm the clueless one wasn't paying attention, Embarassed as far as I can see all the other agencies are real

 		Yeah, hopefully by then we'll at least have some more definite addresses to follow up on. Has anyone gotten to double check those GPS coordinates from earlier? I am afraid my understanding of GPS is limited at best . . . And from where did we get John Green's phone number? I don't recall seeing that anywhere, though maybe I just missed it, or am being senile. Both of which are possible haha

Should keep in mind too that if they are grid coordinates there is a chance that they could be using the MGRS instead of your standard civilian grid referance system. Since this is a government agency and everything, could be a long shot but it may be worth looking in to.

 		Ok so I'm of to bed, no doubt dreaming of a cover story to email John Green, probably involving ECHELON and the actions of Eleona? Saarinen, i think this John Green fellow is the key to advancing the story, so if someone else wants to start the ball running while I'm in bed be my guest.

 		Addresses just a coincidence?
I just ran a search for John Green's address (2100 International Dr.). Although it doesn't seem to be of any importance, the location of his address, the Office of Internal Security, and the Westin Hotel seem to be within mere minutes of each other.

The location of the hotel is at the intersection of Jones Park Dr. and Westpark Dr. The Office of Internal Security seems to be within viewing distance of the hotel. http://www.google.com/maps?q=7950+Westpark+Dr,+McLean,+VA+22102,+USA&sa=X&oi=map&ct=title

Green's address (http://www.google.com/maps?q=2100+International+Dr,+McLean,+VA+22102,+USA&sa=X&oi=map&ct=title) is 1.2 miles (3 minutes) from the OIS. Is it all just a coincidence, or are the locations too convenient?
