Um. . . is it common for an "in game" character to refer to the game? I didn't think it was. . . someone want to ask an admin about this?

Absolutely, especially in the context of saying "This is not a game."

Art Theft
maybe it has to do with the story

Im suprised nobody has emailed the castle where the art was stolen from. I have emailed them asking about information (such as certain paintings) for a 'project'. i also included the terms OSPREY, john green, julian thalberg, and Tradecraft Journal and asked them if they meant anything. I also emailed john green and i will email him again saying that we are on a team that is an actual government association, if you guys think i should.

 OVER THE LINE
i think i may have firgured out what pushed them over

get this check out this website it talks about the plane being passed for use but get this on September 28 2005 the pentagon formally approved full-rate production for the V-22. The current plan is to boost production from 11 a year to 24 to 48 a year by 2012. Planned production quantities include 360 for the Marine Corps, 48 for the Navy, 50 for the Air Force. The U.S. Army, originally the lead service for the then-named JVX program, is also a candidate for possible applications.

On December 12, 2005, the Pentagon announced that the procurement budget for the Marine Corps V-22s would be reduced by $1.1 billion over the production run.

Israel has shown interest in the purchase of an undisclosed number of MV-22s, but an order has not been placed or approved.[9]

Read the very last part it talks about Israel and im pretty sure they really mean TERROISTS thats right selling weaponry to TERROISTS now who here thinks selling"weaponry such as this plane" to terroists is wrong. U knw the part about December 12 2005 says that there was a billion dollar BUDGET cut for the project. Does anyone remember audio file 7 they talk about a budget anyone think thats a coinsidence? Very Happy

Confused

I'm must admit, I'm quite confused about this. John Green admits that his website was shut down by the OIS, and doing a search for OIS-SCI on google takes us to a page further down inside the tradecraftjournal website that then links to overwatch, where we find the documents that detail the story. Does John Green really not know what's going on, or is he simply acting out his part. If he is clueless about all this, then why does he mention OIS? If he's part of this, then why does he talk as if OOC? Part of his message sounds like he's playing along, the other part sounds as if he's getting ticked off.

getting around john green

I have another idea. maybe, if we were to tell him that it is a secret government project that even he is not allowed to know about, he would talk to us... but we might need to have some sort of proof

John Green

I just noticed that while we email john green at his tradecraftjournal email his resposnses are coming back from jgreenSPLATwashington.usa.com . I know thats no Government email address I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of them being in the military. I might be worth our while to try and track down where they would use that address or what company would give it out.
