I'm not entirely sure I want to see them, especially since it could end up OOG. Anyone else wanna have a go?

Yeah, OOG, they're shots of game graphics. Nothing adult though.
nomen_nescio_nn has a profile though:

Edit:
Poster below me is correct. Blank profile, but a profile nonetheless.

For me, that just shows

nomen_nescio_nn hasn't listed any contacts yet.

nomen_nescio_nn doesn't have any testimonials yet.

Am I missing something?

I don't imagine it's related.

ps, according to /lists, nomennescio.org/lists/abacus.html has just been updated...as a dead link. however, notice the port which it refers to: AA3. I'm not really sure what to do with ports, but perhaps it's explorable?

Just for the sake of reference - since things seem to like to disappear in this game...

That's the important part. This isn't a server-generated page, it's a page designed to give us that clue.
AA3 seems to be the quote of the day. What are we missing?
I've tried (stupidly) to put it at the front of the URL as you would a port, but no joy. Does someone know more about the Apache than I do?

Also, have you found the three-headed pic yet?

I'm wondering if the AA3 isn't meant to mean 113 and IDENTD.
Which can play into FTP, IRC and any other server service requiring ident.

in terms of people, AA1 = Augustine Asimov, AA2 = Art Against, and AA3 = Aulus Agerius. Nomen Nescio and/or Numerus Negidius would probably be NN. And either/both of those names could also refer to Aulus Agerius.

Since things have a way of disappearing in this game, I started a flickr with all of the images we have so far. I don't have photoshop so I couldn't put up the picture of Louis Braille (I haven't even seen it yet). I just thought we should have somewhere where we know our clues aren't going to disappear from. I'm also making screenshots of various sites and dating them. Hopefully this will be helpful...

ETA: erm, forgot the link. haha.

Okay, I was thinking, the four dot image that tipsila edited, it shows red blocks over the blue dots. If you think about the blocks being over a "braille grid" three of the dots equal G... and the odd one is W.

Check it out:

9. W

AA = Alcaholics Anonymous? Wink
Probably not.

The GL Solution = Plugging in stuff from wikipedia

One pops out at me already: general ledger. Wasn't there something about accounting before (still getting caught up)

gigaliter, greenland, green lantern, granade launcher, galician, good luck, girl's life, graphics library, general linear group, gay-lesbian, glycemic load

The list goes on and on. Anyone care to keep going? Razz

EDIT: there's a nomennescio myspace, looks quite OOG though

there's a comment under the flickr picture of the screen cap from one of the AA's with a link through AA3. If you click on that, you are sent to the nomennescio.org page. What does this mean?

I'm not so sure that was the point of the 4 dots.. but maye. it looked like the one you refer to as "W" was a plus sign - just the right arm didn't change color - but you could see where the other arm would be.

Alos, here is the Louis image. I made it a gif to add here. As a .psd file, I could remove the top layer - it appears to be one copy over another, and is a copy of the pic I linked to here.

Augustine's comment says first "i" then it changes to "eyes"

I just had some discoveries. I'm in an IM with Augustine. I have been looking for AA3 all day, every since the screen cap. I believe I have found his space. Also, Augustine transfered a picture to me. I have no idea what to do with it. Aulus has some kind of photo on his page also. I don't want to ramble on, I'll just post everything so you can see what I see.

Here is the IM with Augustine
Quote:

J says:
Hi, missed you today. How have you been?
Augustine says:
Covering my footsteps.
J says:
really? why is that
Augustine says:
I have been breached.
J says:
what? how? are you okay? is there anything I can do
Augustine says:
You know what you can do for me.
J says:
the forms?
Augustine says:
I'm out in the open, until...
J says:
we are all so confused. there is so much infor we don't know what goes where and why. then there is this eric character. Do you know anything about him or something called 6op
Augustine sends:

Augustine says:
They are not happy with what I plan to do.
Augustine says:
But IT must be accounted for.
Augustine says:
Have you contacted AA3?
J says:
It is very confusing. I have searched and searched for AA3, but I seem to constantly hit dead ends.
Augustine says:
He's nervous and on the verge of going underground, I fear.
J says:
any suggestions on how I might find him.
Augustine says:
He lives in space.
Augustine says:
So look up.
J says:
about this division. how should i handle this matter
Augustine says:
That's not a matter that I'll be able to help you with. I'm staying far, far away. First things first, my friend.
Augustine says:
Aulus is not as trusting as I, nor as committed to the task at hand.
J says:
I see, maybe that is why he is so hard to find
Augustine says:
I'm sure of it.
J says:
do i have to be apart of space to find AA3
Augustine says:
No.
J says:
Space must be very complicated, i can't even locate people who I know are there. I must be missing something
Augustine says:
It is infinite, isn't it.
Augustine says:
AA3 left footprints though.
J says:
I believe I've seen one on one of those spaces that I have saved
Augustine says:
I won't comment on that.
J says:
space just got a little smaller
Augustine says:
???
J says:
I think I have located AA3.
Augustine says:
Are you sure?
J says:
I hope so. I followed his footprint into space
Augustine says:
I C.
Augustine says:
I must have missed the memo.
J says:
I hope there aren't any fake Aulus' out there
Augustine says:
Verify.
J says:
do you want me to tell you what I see?
Augustine says:
No, don't verify with me.
J says:
okay, I requested to make contact with him, I'm just waiting in the wind for his answer

The photo Augustine sent is the division.jpg

Also, I have not idea what the 6op story is, but, it has to do with this game also. I hate to have to go back and learn a whole new story. take a look at the breach that augustine sent me

do you see a name, besides ours, that looks familiar to 6op????

Quote:

J says:
BTW, do you know the eric person? or 6op?
Augustine sends:

Augustine says:
Do U C?
J says:
yes I see
J says:
my friends and I had some suspicions and they seem to be true
Augustine says:
Perhaps you see what you choose to see and not what I need you to see. Have you shown them?
J says:
I am preparing to show them now
Augustine says:
Turn in your form. They won't turn a blind eye forever.
J says:
what if the form is not complete. I know of no one who is even close to complete
Augustine says:
The form is nearly completed, in a way. U will C.
J says:
I'll let my friends know, maybe we should come together with everything that we have
Augustine says:
Yes.

I know this was a long post, but I had a lot of information. LOL!
