I believe the website said email notifications would be made on or around June 27th.

From the official rules (http://www.savemyhusband.com/rules.php ):
Quote:
Potential Winners will be notified by email on or about June 26, 2007.
The "or about" part could potentially push it into next month without getting into legal trouble. But we should hear something soon!
And the rest of the paragraph is important too:
Quote:
Potential Winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact potential Winner within a reasonable time period, such potential Winner will be disqualified.
So assuming they ask for affidavits, nobody will know the number of actual winners for another seven days, and even then we may not be informed for a while. I'm sure a LOT of people will neglect to follow through on this, especially when they realize the potential win is likely to be less than the cost of the stamp.
Quote:
Winner list available on or about July 9, 2007
So expect a minimum of another two weeks of limbo of some sort.

june 26th where is the e mail?? I know...I'm with you guys. I keep checking my e mail like every hour and then coming on here to see if anyone else has gotten an e mail...please let us know if anyone gets one!! it occurred to me that we have to win to get a mail LOL but I'm sooo curious to know what the answer was. They should have made a winner's list on the Court TV website or something or posted the correct answer so we would know if we won or not...the suspense is killing me!!!

one would think they could at a minimum put the actual answer in the "proper format "on the website so we would know for sure something!! any responsible company would do that and make some kind of mention of a work in progress statement like: we are sorting the winners and plan to start sending the emails this week or we are running behind and it will take a little longer. but i guess that would be too much to ask LOL.
also i find it very odd that on applebees site aswell as susuky's site there is no mention of the game at all even in their news sections like they knew nothing about it. at this point its not realy the money or whatever its more a curiousity thing as to how many got it right and why.
anyway G/L to all

any conteset i've won, and had to send an affidavit, I've been contacted my snail mail. This will be intresting to say the least...

Most of us enjoyed the game, but there were so many others that complained constantly.....so I guess Applebees is avoiding bad press.

yup i think the game was ((thinking) how best to say this) ... very easy but that thanks to this site and the great folks that are here (well most all of them lol) this made the game much better than the people behind it because it encouraged conversation and speculation this seemed to draw us into a deeper level of a game "ok granted that part was only in our minds but still" it was fun to think about the parrots, numbers on the calender, real life addresses, and oh so much more. it might be cool if a few people could make a new version using the unused clues to see how much better it could get mabey some one on one of the forums will do that for fun.
has any one sent in the sase to get results ? i figure some one might have done that but i see no mention of any winners or notification online anyplace .
at least it was fun and thanks to all the great people here for adding to the fun

June 26th still no e mails well, at least we all have each other and don't have to sit here alone in complete suspense I did look on the Applebee's website yesterday to see if there was any mention of this game at all and nope, of course there wasn't.
There's also another website that I've been checking for people who were playing the game to see if anyone got an e mail there on steeplemedia.com but I guess they're not having any luck either. ahhhh well.....will just hang out and wait with you wonderful people

what does this mean? I was going back and re-reading the rules and all that on the SMH site because someone has posted about did they change that winners will be notified by e mail within 2 weeks of the game's end...which hello...I think everyone's still waiting but that's beside the point LOL what I found was this...
You will only be able to submit your answer to each of the puzzle pieces for Day 8 twice after which you will be deemed to not have correctly answered this puzzle.
which means exactly what? weren't we allowed two guesses? if we submitted twice we didn't win? anyone have a guess? maybe that's why we're not getting e mails LOL some of us put it in twice. I know I did. Well, I put in the same answer twice but the first time I hadn't spelled it out exactly like it was in the Zendorel site, then I had to go back and resubmit exactly as it was and not use a shortened "St" or "Hwy" or does this mean that if you don't get it in two tries you're out?
