Definitely start up with the puzzles / tasks in the different Districts. As for what else to do, we're currently at a bit of a standstill (I think the PMs are probably hustling to put something together), so I don't know.

Luckily, the general slow-down at the moment will give you a chance to read up on some of the blogs (the most recently active one is 4th07.blogspot.com but I'd suggest at the least reading all of deus-city.blogspot.com). Maybe drop a "hello" message to your handler or one or two agents (character or player) who seem interesting at the website.

Two more questions:

1) If other people already solved the puzzle, then is there any reason to solve it myself?

2) What blog should I keep an eye on to know any new development with the ongoing storylines I read on wiki?

If you solve the puzzles, you get increases to your credits, prestige, and karma. So it is worth going through already solved puzzles.
