What I find interesting is that in both of them, "X.XX.713>" is followed by terms that are seperated by /'s. (No clue what the term is)
Worth noting that the slashes are different directions too

Well I guess I'll do the best I can making sense of what these lines might mean overall. I'm a computer engineering student, but this doesn't look much like anything I've ever seen.

|n|n|nROGUE PROCESS ghost.713>
I don't know what the |n| gibberish at the beginning is, but the rest is pretty self explanatory.
There is a Rogue Process named ghost.
In most files a name a period is followed by the file type. So either 713 is a file type or my only other guess would be a port number of some kind. This would mean the ghost is acting on port 713.
Onto the number itself. 713. People should probably start doing some 7 logic on it. What I mean by seven logic is doing anything you can to it mathematically to find 7's.
Quote:
X.XX.713> POS/NAV < @ > <53LPH54><1>
As to the first part my guess is that the X's are parts of an ip address we don't have the clearance to see. This line solidifies my guess that 713 is a port, due to the fact that X.XX isn't a very logical file name.
This line overall could tell us what is happening on port 713. There could also be X's there because we don't care about the root of the port or it is assumed to be known.
The POS/NAV has me a little confused. Nav should be navigation/navigating, but POS could be positive or something else. For now I'll assume it's a Positive Navigation.
The <@> is probably a pointer telling us where this navigation is happening.
The <53LPH54><1> is more ambiguous. It could be a memory location, but the highest I've seen memeory locations labeled is in Hex which only goes up to F. It could be a location or a specific server or program. The <1> could be the primary server on a location, or it could be the memory location in a server, or the number of times ghost is active in this location.

X X5 > CONFIRM SECURE QUARANTINE - > qghost.713
This line is also pretty simple. The area seen in the second line has been quarantined and qghost.713 could be like our vaccinations which are developed off of old germ samples. The computer could have created a modified ghost to get rid of the original.
It could also mean the qghost is quarantined within port 713.
I'm not sure what the X X5 would stand for.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Now for the Zune block.

X.XX.713>\locl\silent
X.X1(WARNING) rogue.
X.X5>CONFIRM SECURE QUARANTINE
I'll go through this one a bit quicker.
I dont really know what the 108 represents. It could be a port or the computer in use. We should probably run some 7 logic on it also.
(X.X1) H03. This could mean that Halo 3 is possibly running on the system.
X.XX.713>\locl\silent
port .713 has been accessed and the access point is local and silent.
X.X1(WARNING) rogue.
Rogue process detected
X.X5>CONFIRM SECURE QUARANTINE
The rogue has been Quarantined once again on the X.X5 port.
X.X5 maybe the location of this systems anti-virus or it may be the port through which it acts.

Well that's what I can glean from it in my amateur opinion. Anyone else have any other ideas of what it might mean? I feel this might be important due to some of the closer correlations. Then again it could just be a wonderful coincidence or a red herring.
Edit: Various changed for better readability.

(X.X1) H03 isn't the order
It's X.X1 but H03 is 1/4th the size of the box.

I think this might actually be asking qghost.713 to confirm the quarantine of ghost, rather than stating that ghost has been quarantined.
Which might explain why the -> qghost.713 part is missing from the zune, because it came out before IRIS started. the computer probably hadn't created qghost.713 as an "antivirus" yet, but now it has.
I don't know where that leaves us, but there's my two cents.

I like that this is going somewhere...
@Phoenixka: I'm updating the first post with the information you gave me in your analyzation... that ok? Your name's right there next to it.
@Everyone: I know there was pics on the Halo3 zune already.. but were there any other files at all?

Even though the videos were released in the past there still could be something hidden in the Zune's video files or really in any of the other files. I know that is an obvious statement however I feel there must be something more to the zune, either that or that line was all there was.

Damn.. that is a lot of work cut out for us... but I think it's really possible there's something there... okay then... so...
Who knows how to analyze these files thoroughly? Not just check them out... the whole package.... using those complicated methods of which I can never remember the names.... XD

I had my standard black Zune stolen from me about two weeks ago (moment of silence, please. Guys, remove your hats...) and was planning on getting a Halo 3 Zune before all of this crazy stuff! Now I have a really good excuse for getting one!

This line of text was hidden in a panoramic shot of a warthog that bungie released. From there, troglodyte went to the bible and found Genesis 7:13, which reads:
"On that very day Noah and his sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth,
together with his wife and the wives of his three sons, entered the ark."
Also, analysis on the server "05 Open" site, has continued, with suggestions that at mysterious sphere, formed from many rectangular segments was in fact a "Dyson Sphere" which was mentioned in Ghosts of Onyx, a google search revealed a refrence to another book...called Ringworld, which bears at least some similarity with the Halo universe.

Unfortunately the original video files were wiped from my Zune (blame the s**ty software) and I've had to download other versions of them. I have all of the content back, but not in the same form.

On the Zune, this may be asking for user confirmation. As in, enter the new name of the quarantined file to proceed.
Quote:
X X5 > CONFIRM SECURE QUARANTINE - > qghost.713
Therefore, AR confirmed this action by saying, "Yes, I want to quarantine the file. Make the new file qghost.713.

Well generally speaking from a military standpoint 'POS/NAV' refers to position/navigation. like a NAV point, or a position to either aid in navigation, or that you are navigating to.
As to the text on the Zune, loc\silent sounds, and looks like a command entered in a computer of some sort.
