New email from Caretaker- Becker cover story

CT came through with a cover story but no hints. I will email Becker, anyone else going to join in?

If you decide to pursue contacting him, I would think the following
coverstory would work.

Suggest to him you are looking into a few complaints regarding
employment practices at NRU. These complaints should be EEO related and stem from foreign scientists that have allegedly been wrongfully denied employment.
You'll want to suggest it's informal at this point and that a little
cooperation could keep things simple for him. I don't want him to close
ranks on you.

If he buys your story, ask him for employee and hiring records to
determine whether any actual problems exist. I'll use those records to find out whati nformation was given out during interviews and also find out what reas of expertise they were trying to acquire.

If we get lucky, we might find a couple of employees that are no longer
employed but still have active logon credentials. Jake will be able to
test
any logons we decipher.
