Hey wait, you finished the whole game? If it's that short, you gotta let us know what's up!

She was killed and there were a lot of witnesses, but nobody did anything because they were all afraid of doing something to intervene on their own.
It's called "bystanders effect," also known as "Genovese syndrome."
Rorschach said he "Stood in the street. Watched it burn," so he's obviously suffered from Genovese syndrome, but we still don't know what he saw happen. That'll be our next lead, I'm guessing. I'm going to email him again
New here, and not meaning to nit pick, but this seems like it could be useful in the future.
Bystander effect isn't about being afraid to intervene, it is the opposite...you see no need to intervene because someone else can. The more people that witness an event, the less likely any individual is to take action.

Hm. I don't know if anybody pointed out, but the "Stood in the street. Watched it burn," quote is from the comic, referencing when Rorschach basically lost his humanity. He handcuffed a criminal inside a house and burned the house down...

Ummm.. I hope you're not the PM of this.... Keep all correspondence with players on ingame avenues. Whether by email, or whatever method you choose. So has anybody thought about what Crouchosaurus said, having "finished the whole game"? I kinda don't want to get enthralled in something if it's going to be over in a few ticks.
