This is almost starting to sound like an ARG again. Maybe the waiting time is over. Between this number and the Craigslist postings from Flood Containment Control (which may or may not be OOG) this is really starting to heat up again.

Hey guys,
Im over at CI I think i've found the document they are talking about I simply googled " 402 k 07 002 "
The first link took me http://www.epa.gov/mold/flood/index.html here.
THe first downloadable link is EPA 402K-07-002 Cleaning up flood in your home.

That makes this look OOG. Why is there a recording on this number anyways? The fact that there is makes it seem in game, but all the stuff around it makes it seem out of game.

Well, the EPA is definitely OOG
Also, don't think they're oog yet - ARGs have referenced real materials before...

I tried to clean up the beginning of the call "...ternal conferencing center". Unfortunately, the quality is only 5-10% better than the original, if that.

I swear I can hear a "al" on the end.
EDIT: I might have found what they were using for the conferencing...
"Avaya IP Office Configuration"
"For internal Conferencing Center participants, they can join an active conference via a short-code, rather then dialing a bridge number each time. To enable this method of joining a scheduled conference, steps need to be taken in Voicemail Pro and Manager."
I think the most interesting part is the short code-maybe it's what the guy was inputting (the ---pound part)

I'm thinking.... Calls need to be made from those specific areas from payphones. ILB's style.

Why would they need to be from certain places? I kind of feel that the payphone thing's been done before, personally, and calling from certain locations doesn't seem to make as much sense as calling to them. Even with Caller ID, I can't imagine that the voicemail is going to act any differently when confronted with a certain number.

Just tried bruteforcing Using the middle-right-left sequence legato pointed out, I tried bruteforcing the voicemail and got nothing. Must be something else.

Well, it could be a hoax, that would account for it seeming to be in game. I don't think anyone is suggesting at this point that this is just a random real company.
