I don't know what we know. I skimmed 11 pages in 3 minutes as I'm getting ready for work. But, IF, there is nothing happening maybe it's not the whole telephone thing. Maybe, it's gonna be "rallies".

Can someone explain to me what's happened so far? I don't have time to read these 11 pages. This whole thing seemed pretty farfetched on the first page, now you're getting recordings and phone numbers?

Hmm, well as I keep listening to it, I wonder why only the automated entry system is ghosted over itself during the conference ID and password phase. What might be hidden there?
When in the conversation, it strikes me that the document number and the mysterious site 34 stand out, although I have a question on the document number. In spoken English, there is a habit of saying 'O' for zero when speaking. The speaker in the conversation says 'O' in the 4x2 segment of the id, but then says zero for the rest of it. So either it is a goof up, and should be written as 0, or we take it at the literal utterance, and instead it is an O.
On a side note, the mapped city/fcc sites are all just the default map locations for the center of either a zip/post code or city, at least the ones I looked at for Los Angeles. Am I missing some more defining map information somewhere?

Bascially people found ads on the internet
eg http://uk.expo.live.com/ViewListing.aspx?lId=4503698
This lead to people phoneing and hearing a message
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/files/recording.mp3
Also if you press a button on your phone in the Uk its a star you can are asked to put in a password. Some people think this will lead t something but no one has worked out what this password is so far.

Well it would appear that Yahoo only provides a map of seattle itself. Whereas the Expo listing has a driving direction feature and when clicked pin points 2nd and Pike. Yahoo's default "center" it about 3 blocks north of that location.

The first thing I focused on was site 34 and I found this.
http://www.co.lane.or.us/Planning/documents/DMDP/4b_DMDP_34_CRMP_054.pdf
A few mins after I posted this I ended up finding tons of diffrent site 34 flood sites all over the net.
I don't think they are anything.

Has anyone tried to put in the password that is dialed in the recording? It seems like a high pitched number then low pitched and then high pitched again followed by a mid pitched.

I think that person's pin was 1 3 1, followed by # to signify that that was the end of the pin. Or maybe its a 4 digit thing that allows * and #.
Time to start punching in random numbers that have popped up due to (over)speculation.

From the other thread:
402-K-07-002 is the document code for an EPA booklet on "Flood Cleanup and the Air in your Home".
http://www.epa.gov/mold/flood/index.html
The nature of the recording leads me to believe this is still IG (well, not the EPA itself, but the fact that it references an EPA document), but hell if I know what to do with it.
