no the same thing that we've been getting. i was just pointing out for them that the message hasn't been changed. sorry for confusion and for false hopes.

Udated

Computerized voice:

Welcome to the Sterma conferencing section, please enter your pin
*Keypress* Followed by *Keypresses* Password accepted
Now accessing archive number 16180 participant One Two

Speaker 1:
..is necessary unless there's a doc download

Speaker 2:
I agree, this isn't going to be a public resource. Uh, pass on the document number so I can delete it.

Speaker 1:
There's no way to tell yet, Jane's looking at the records to find out how many closed sites there are, but as for active cleanup somewhere around three/four thousand.
Look here it is, ah hold on 402k07002. In terms of numbers most of these are past DBE stage.

Speaker 2:
With a few exceptions, Site 34...

(It then disconnects you, sometimes earlier)

It was mentioned earlier that it is probably ".doc download", not "dark download" due to it makes more sense.

I have been researching audio conferencing companies and found a posible match for which company they may have used, Star Conferencing

http://www.starconferencing.com/

Now I figure that with the echo added the star gets mixed in with the end of welcome and sounds like Starma, but I could be wrong, see what you all think.

If this is correct then that could just be the medium they used to record the actual message, the site does offer recording and playback of calls, Also from the way the site describes joining a conference call the password might not do us any good since we don't have the original number they used in the call. Again what do you all think of this theory?

The -ma is the only part that makes me discount that.

Of course you have to take into account the British accent, meaning the R wouldn't be pronounced after the A, so it could be Star conferencing. Also, there's a voice entirely different in the background that I can't isolate when she says "strema (or whatever) conferencing center".

Ok I recorded a slowed down version of the mp3 file earlier posted on this thread. It's slowed down by 50%. From listening to that file what do you make out from the beginning?
I won't post my ideas since I want to hear other thoughts first. oh and if necessary I can slow this recoding down by 50%again too.
