[SPEC]Treasure Hunt!!

Well guys? Any ideas as to where this 'false menu item' might be?

edited to add [SPEC] tag. and the following comment: I assume that the "false menu item" in question is from this quote from the phone message:
"Man 2: Well we're working on it. For the moment we're simply hiding the data behind a false menu item.
Man 1: Security will be updated before the next system approaches."
