Thru a long, dark process of cyberspying(, there seems to be a link between someone behind that RPG and someone behind the Haas site -- that doesn't directly link them, I know, this "Tom McL" guy could just be an artist or admin or marketing droid for them both. But somewhere in this thread there is a comparison shot of a frame from the Haas flash game and an image from the MindStormLabs site which are rather similar in style.

As for the blog, well, I know we've had later blogs and .org site popping up that are all fake. (Boy, don't you want to see the faces of these twits when they are proven wrong about the cloverfield non-links!) But the original EHWW blogspot was there before day one, as far as I know. And isn't it fascinating that it is feeding the message to its readers that Haas is NOT related to Cloverfield.

*(which i will not itemize here, as sapagoo did most of the work while i watched and nodded; plus, it would lead to stalking real people, which is out-of-game and not cool.)

 		Okay, so... just wondering if this is even something I want to get involved with. We were discussing the Abrams movie at darktower.net/forums and one member said he found this site called ethanwasright.com. So yadda yadda, I come here knowing full well you folks would be on this like white on rice Wink

I was pretty excited (wasn't there an "Alias" ARG a couple years ago? and wasn't it an official one too? Alias... another Abrams baby?) about an arg promoting a movie.

Me I was hoping (still keeping my ears open but my breath is no longer being held) that this was for the Abrams pic. And if not, I was hoping I finally bounced into an ARG that just, JUST started even if it's not related to anything at all.

But... if it's promoting something that I'm... probably not going to get involved with (i.e. an rpg boardgame) not exactly sure how interested I am. Although, I'm still gonna follow it for kicks and giggles.

 		Wh... now it's Star Trek?! Okay... ball flies over my head out of left field (yeah I know he's directing the next ST pic, but monsters attacking NYC doesn't seem a likely plot, I think the author got messed up on that). That's good to know though. There is somewhat of an arg related to the Abrams flick. Probably not elaborate enough for the ARGites here. But an arg nontheless. Just has nothing to do with Haas (or Star Trek for that matter Rolling Eyes ). Haas is dealing with some rpg board game then? Aaaalrighty.

Okay... So it's official... Right? Question

Why would a domain be taken by someone who claims not to know what the site is?
Could this be the Mezin trying to cover it up?
I'm going to email him about Ethan Haas

EDIT: Okay, he sent me the autoresponse, so now there will only be time.

Let's think of what triton is.

 		I'm curious to know what everyone here thinks of the legitimacy of the Erik Haas blog. A user named Erik was posting on the ethanhaaswaswrong.blogspot.com comment section for the latest post leaving cryptic messages in morse code and in his profile was a link to a blog erikhaas.blogspot.com. The blog seems legitimate but I myself can't be sure. I have e-mailed Erik Haas and gotten both an automatic type response and what I am almost certain was a live response.

UPDATE: I called Triton enterprises and got an answering machine. I asked them what they were researching exactly and left my email address (i forgot my phone number D: ) I tried to sound official (my first phone call in an ARG Embarassed ) I'll inform you if I get an email.
