Sprite

I don't now how that "donkey" started getting called a "sprite" but if it is indeed a sprite and there are bubbles...I know in the LOST ARG JJ hid messages in Sprite commercials.

Sprite also has a sort of viral marketing campaign with subliminal messages hidden in their commercials...it's not an arg but definetly has the feel

maybe i'm just wishing for something...but i'm gonna go check it out[/sub]

Anyone looked into the assortment of cups on the slusho page. I'm in a weird mental state right now, and I'm thinking some sort of I-Ching binary based on empty and full cups, but I'm just crazy.

^What I'm talking about, for reference.

The obvious first option for these cups was to try Morse code. Using empty up = dot and full cup = dash, and assuming any cup that is slightly raised means that symbol alone (single dot = E, single dash = T), I came up with this first:

(left to right) I R S E and A A T S

Plug those into the anagram server at http://wordsmith.org/anagram/index.html and the most interesting result (given the Slusho! history) was SEA ASTIR.

But then I tried it from Right to Left (how Japanese is written) and came up with this even more promising result:

(right to left) I R S E and C T E

Put THAT through the anagram server, and the biggest result is SECRET I.

But that's as far as I can get! I'm too exhausted to try anything else - can someone put this to use??

hmmmm interesting, wat u guys think???

BTW, someone might want to double check me on this, 'cause my brain got fragged on this. But I definitely think there is a code in those cups - we can find it together!

Funny coincidence. I did a google for SEA ASTIR and came up with this.

The endless tableau of the lunar orb - dead now, whatever her past was, and cold as the unhuman sepulchres she bears amid the ruin of dusty centuries older than men - and the sea - astir, perhaps, with some unkenned life, some forbidden sentience - confronted me with a horrible vividness.

there definitely has to be something to do with the cups..the way they're placed in proximity to each other, the fact that some are filled, some aren't, and the fact that there are 18 is just too fishy to ignore.

random stuff:
in the email you get back from slusho, if you count all the characters between each !
it is 6, 16, 26 including spaces.

for the cups- i thought maybe the filled ones would mark a break in a pattern and not neccessarily be something themselves-
you get 3 5 1 1 0 3
add the six from the sentence into it- 356-1103
what does it mean??? NOTHING!!!!!!

things I have noticed that may help

lurking these boards for a few years now. Anyway I forgot my login and just wanted to post this up anyway.

These are observations that I have made personally and I haven't seen anyone post about these things in particular, probably because they are insignificant but hey.

0:23 in the trailer the "rob is awesome" girl, there is a puzzle or a game over her shoulder which looks like it has Japanese script on the front (anyone recognize it?) in LOST they reference Mouse Trap a lot so this may be relevant

0:32 the "He's your main dude" guy, there are two photos that they show briefly, these people may be significant (one looks like a convict IMO)and there are 3 buddha's the #3 may mean something

1:24 the man in the TUX looks out of place I don't know he just seems odd

Music: I don't know the first song at all, but the second is Timbaland for sure (maybe a remix of Sexy Back), and the final song is a remix of WOMAN by Wolfmother. I kept reading that it was another song, but it is definitely a dance-y version of Woman.

And finally these may be productions gafes but bear with me.
EVERYONE looks directly at the camera, when filming this is a major no no, and professional actors would actually have to try and look at the camera. Since this is done from First Person this may mean something.

There is no debris on the street after the fireball/meteorites fall.

And the Taxi that the Statue lands on already has a dented hood before the head lands on it.

Okay so maybe none of this is relevant but I had to put it out there.

You're forgetting part of the sentence: You can't drink just six

that seems a little TOO coincidental. Maybe you're onto something.

For the first one SEA ASTIR- could also be Sea Star I? But I don't think this is a solution, good spit balling, though.
