Please, can someone with acess to flash sprites can observe oxygen bubbles from horse and zoom all way in? If you look at all others bubbles (coming from boy and girl), they are both make with one bold line (probably same sprite). But those oxygen bubbles that comes from horse are seems made different - from two thin lines - it can be a very small text lines, that i'm not able exactly confirm or decline by zoom available in normal flash player.
Please if someone of you can be kind, so i can sleep in peace tonight Wink .
Many thanks in advance

I've zoomed in on the horse's head and then right clicked to freeze the animation just as the bubbles are emerging. I can't do a screen cap while it's right clicked because I'm in OSX, but in my unprofessional opinion, they appear to be mere lines, drawn with the arc tool in Flash Studio. I can see no pixel variance to indicate any kind of letters. Sorry.

compare the design on the horse's mane with Rob's tie - same striped pattern

:grasping:

I checked it out, (even in photoshop) it's just lines

Hmm, photoshop wont help there, cos it can be extremely small text, that due to antialiasing can appear as normal lines. But in fact, that make no sense to need a profesional tool to get to the clue, it can be probably posible view by anyone. So its probably my fault. Sorry for abusing.

ACE

In the interest of exhausting all aspects of the trailer, the 2004 ACE graffiti appears to have another year in front of it.

Just before the flash, you can see what appears to be "1981-" above it, or perhaps another date, but the hyphen would seem to imply a date range preceding ACE.

The Customer Feedback page reads:

"Slusho! Happy, are you HAPPY?
Tell Slusho! RIGHT NOW!!"
SatoshiSPLATslusho.jo

What does it all mean?? Personally, I think we're being proved the keywords to a code that we email back to the email address..when we get the code correct, we will be provided w/the next clue...

So far, we have ASS, THAT & FOUND.

Does the Customer Feedback page also provide 3 new words in the form of HAPPY, RIGHT & NOW ??

They key is that email address...it has to be.

I'm trying very hard to keep up with this thread, but frankley it is insane! There are so many posts that are irrelavent or just stating a fact that has already been made.
And as for 'I'm not reading all the pages' that is the one thing I see often, that really gets up my nose. Everyone else has managed to read through them, why cant you?

What worries me is this, If you start a new thread, its going to be exactly the same all over again. Starting a new thread probably wont help at all, because people will still come on and post the same stuff over and over again.

Ive also noticed that people arnt taking a whole lot of notice of some very valid points.
benthic for instance has explained about the real life location in detail, and has even tried making a trip, however noone has ackowledged him at all!

Secondly, My views. The whole 'ZOMG CIRCLES ON SHIRT' thing. Seriously guys, its just a really naff shirt. I think somethings are being looked at too much.
If the trailer was only seen the other day, maybe for the moment we just need to wait?

And regarding the 'I saw a tentacle/demon/big hairy monstahhh' Im not convinced. If this film is hush hush up until now, I seriously doubt that they will be showing the 'thing' just yet. There is also the possibility that we will never get to see what 'it' is.

Did anyone ever noticed that ...

cloverfield = lovecrf lied (lovecraft lied)

I know it's a reach but I thought it might be worth mentioning.

Has anyone tried entering text on the slusho site? (I know we tried it in the Ethan Haas) but just a thought, since this seems to be winding down because we're stuck...

Regarding the 1-18-08 images

I'd wager an organ this hasn't been mentioned before, so here goes:

If you look at the pictures on 1-18-08.com, they both have a small, semi-transparent grey border on their left and top edges (or West and North, if you'd rather). Now I've used the same technique before as a quick and sloppy way to make things look more 3D. It's just like a little drop-shadow to make it look like the pictures are stacked on top of one another.

I guess my point is this: They're not just posting pictures up there for us to view. They're trying to simulate a physical enviornment. That's the only reason that we can move the pictures, and most likely the primary reason for the timestamp.

I don't know if it was important enough to mention, but it's the first new thing I've noticed in days, so I figured I'd put it up.

Oh, and one more thing: If the pictures are supposed to exist is some kind of physical dimension, I still can't figure out why they would move on their own.

I haven't, but unless I'm mistaken, several people have decompiled the flash & looked at the source code. Nothing other than what is apparent on the surface was found.

Good idea, though.

SLUSHO!

To contribute in helping slow this thread down and bring in a little more focus, I started a thread THE SLUSHO STORY - for all things Slusho! related. If you're just 'thinking out loud' use the original one with the gazillion pages. If you're focusing on any part of the Slusho story to analyse or dissect it, please use the SLUSHO thread.

If nothing else we can start splitting up things into categories now. We have enough leads to work with.

I noticed something

in the message from Abrams it reads:

"Regarding the online stuff you posted: yeah, we're doing some fun stuff on the web. But, obviously, if the movie doesn't kick some massive ASS, who gives a rat's about what's online? So as you can imagine, we're focusing mostly on THAT," Abrams wrote. "For what it's worth, the only site of ours that people have even FOUND is the 1-18-08.com site. The others (like the Ethan Haas sites) have nothing to do with us."

he writes 'who gives a rat's about what's online?'

why would he omit the word ASS..it seems like an unlikely omission...and seems more intentional than anything...

What do you guys think?

I think the film comes out in January, and I think that until we have another hint or more information, we're come as far as we can.

They'll throw another picture up in a few days, and that will move us one step closer to the prize. But until that happens, folks, we're hung.
