At least the second part is definitely Covie.

The first could be Forerunner though.

It could be a prophet, yeah, but that "all of you" thing makes me think the speaker is lumping together groups that don't think themselves to be the in the same camp, and he's saying they all are.

Pullin' a switcheroo like that in an e3 trailer wouldn't be the first time. Remember the H2 trailer where there was a line from Truth which it looked like you got to see him speak, but they were pulling the spoken line from one part of the game, and the visual from another.

Having just listened I have to say he voice doesn't sound very Convanentish. Sounds more like a human or at a push an AI.

Slightly off topic but does anyone else think the voice is Terence Stamp ?

I don't know about you, but I was looking at the video, and the most exciting thing I saw was the Arbiter and Master Chief working together in Co-op mode... And judging by the shot of Master Chief rushing up to put the gun barrel to the Arbiter's chin, they're going to have character development. Very Happy

As to the voice, my bet is that it's definitely a prophet. Perhaps not Truth, though I think it's a fair assumption. Glassing planets is something uniquely covenant. The Elites have left the covenant. Brutes have a deeper, more rumbling voice. Jackals or Grunts? No chance - These are the creatures that serve as narcoleptic cannon-fodder that like to talk about food nipples... No, the only ones that articulate are the Prophets.

There's talk at ABO about the text when "BUNGIE" fades out at the end. Anyone able to screen-cap, freeze-frame, or otherwise get anything out of that?

I'm wondering if the bizarrely distorted (lotsa horizontal lines like an old-ass monitor) nature means we can strip out lines or something.

Anybody working on this? Question

I went through frame by frame, there is nothing like in the server videos. Someone suggested that by overlaying frames you might find some hidden text, but I doubt it (seems like serious overkill).

Looks like an interlacing issue to me.

Perhaps they placed a message in just one of the capture fields for a few frames?
