From the letter at the letter U/N in bungie, it looks kinda like the word "clone"? at the U/N joint it looks like the letters O, M or N, and E

I dunno guys, I spent a while last night looking at that ending and other than (possibly) hearing Cortana, I really don't think there's any writing in that... it's just a really sweet ending... I dunno, just two cents

It's someone familiar both with Gravemind and with either truth in general or the Prophet of Truth...

The only ones we know for certain know of both are the Master Chief, the Arbiter, Cortana, Penitent Tangent, and the Prophet Gravemind had absorbed (I don't remember which one it was). The Forerunners probably do, from that "it spoke to us" bit. Since I would guess the voice is set in the current time in the Halo univers (is it 2555? something like that?), I would guess it's someone current or a Forerunner that's kept the knowledge down through time.

My vote is the Arbiter.

It's the voice of the Prophet of Truth. The Covenant are "glassing" Earth. There is no need to run wild with crazy spec. Wink

I've seen some stuff in the video:

Firstly, in the left of that screenshot, you can see what appears to be a Forerunner ship.

Next, an arch in the background similar to the Halo stations.

Then an even weirder arch in the back (Dark purple) with horns sticking out of the top.

Could someone do me up a screenshot of the part where Master Chief walks into a pelican cockpit? I'm almost certian he was not the only Spartan there.

Anyway, surely there isn't just "Covenant" anymore? There's the loyal faction of Prophets, Brutes, Jackals and Grunts, and the now human-affilated (or at least heretical) Elites, Hunters and Grunts.
