At this point? At least two, the Brotherhood and the Union. Roachers and Skivers might be considered a faction but I think they are more of a lifestyle. With a whole mess of people who are aligned with neither as well.

More than that: the Brotherhood and Union are just the ones that have been active. There's technically the Guardians (VN+Father Ziod), whatever slightly terroristesque organization RLSeger represents (remnant of the Corporate 8ers, mayhaps), the Committee of the Sedulous Amalgamation (Ethan Sedgewick, not really doing that much), and whatever the heck Chris is up to.

Basically, there are no two characters in Green who are actually members of the same organization. Which is why everything's such a jumbled, confusing mess.
