I used to live in DC and riding by that monument every day was the bane of my commute. That place just gives off some bad vibes. Anyone able to go check it out? How do you think it might be related?

Albert Pike is seen in the Whois, but he is a dead Freemason. That adress is a monument to the free masons. I think that it is a viable clue.

Oh, I'm well aware of what it is. I dislike that place very much and have been there in person many, many times.

I just don't get the right vibe from the whole freemason connection. Dunno why.

 		you guys think this might be a blob remake? It kind of sounds like it to me. Slusho, she drinks and drinks til she gets big, Ganu gets big, the secret ingredient has to be kept near freezing, the original blob films all made on a year with an 8 , '58 and '88, Paramount has the rights, the new blob is the B.L.O.B biological lethal organic bomb or something. originally it was written by Carey Hayes with Scott Rubin producing. Rubin left Paramount for Disney.
Possibly JJ took it over and had his people do a rewrite. And now we have 1-18-08. Which would be a good release date for a Blob remake as it's not a time when the movie will need to do huge numbers.

I agree. Because it seems very, very random and hard to connect to addictive frozen Japanese drinks and monsters coming out of the sea and decapitating Lady Liberty. Laughing

 		i dunno if you guys noticed, but that portfolio thing is crazy shit. none of it seems to link to any of the other stuff, except for monkeys, who popped up in several of them.

Also, i get the impression this guy is gone.

Could this be related, or a totally seperate thing altogether? Like another ARG?

Also, why would a seemingly innocent blog about a little girl be linked with a portfolio that seems to have been 'obtained' or 'found' but parties who which to be unnamed? Sounds really suspicious to me.

also, anyone else notice the trend? 'coming soon' on most of the stuff, again.

and, this is like, inverse Slusho. Designed for adults, the blog would only be interesting to some kids, whereas slusho is designed for kids, but would only be interesting to older people.

And on TOP of that, it's supposed to be Evan lane's site, right? Then why would his porfolio be found by unnamed parties on HIS SITE? Unless, it was made by someone else about in. in w hich case, how is the little girl related to him.

And also, the pictures of the two people i suppose are mommy and daddy in cloverfield, excuse me, clover's blog, one is obviously male, while the other is rather androgenous. i dunno.


EDIT: Also. it had randomly strange wordings every once in a while. Like, the heat revealed it! and other random wordings that take a short break from the childishness.

It is a monument, specifically the George Washington National Masonic Monument. It's pretty much right off the Beltway after you cross the Potomac River from Maryland into Virginia. It sits on a hill with a really nice view of the river and Old Town Alexandria.

I've been there several times. I used to be a member of a chorus that held a concert there for four years or so. We used to joke that there was some sort of Underground Masonic Command Bunker under the memorial. It was just a joke, though. I've never gotten anything but a crushing sense of history from the place.

I mentioned it a couple of evenings ago, because of the registrant's address. I basically pushed it off to the side because that registrant is also the same person who registered the sectorseven web site that was part of the hype for the Transformers movie. It didn't seem particularly game-related that the two movies crossed so directly (breaking the suspension of disbelief and all).

What would you want someone to go there and look for?

That email was most likely a total fake. Who says they don't give a rats ass about their own movie? That means that Ethan Haas could still be part of this.
