Recently? The bomb scare which turned out to be an advertising campaign for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie. Other than that(most likely irrelevant), I can't find anything else special about Boston in recent news.

EDIT: I just got an idea. Maybe someone should get a good view of Boston from Google Earth?

I think you're looking too far into Pie < Cake. The Bungie guys are fans of the guys at Roosterteeth and especially considering they probably know people are watching those cams on a regular basis, what better way to drive us all mad.

Besides, I recall those cams always get used for silly messages.

lord ...hows that? and anyway...in secret cam 3-9 theres a redvblue logo in the background maybe the next clue is at their website (IE cake>pie)

edit : i notice its interesting that they update on the dats of significant events...7-7, 7-5, 7-10...
