And Jeff has posted since the first skype conference (July1) He posted on July 3rd or something, and said everything was fine. So you may want to re-assure tpetal of that if he asks again.

I assume the St Kits [SIC] he is referring to is the Carribean island (St. Christopher's), which would explain references to beaches and stuff. To be honest, I dont think that name is anything like a clue in itself. Its just to help make up the acronym.

About two weeks ago I did a bunch of research on Ft. Marcy Park. This was right after Jeff sent what I think was his last message to at least a couple people who had contacted him directly on YouTube.

(Johnny995 and blackcobra are the only two people on this board who said they got it. In his letter Jeff said he sent it to "...everyone he had spoken too..." - so not sure if that means anything, but that seems like more than two people)

Jeff said this in his letter

So anyway, that struck me as interesting so I googled it and there is just a mountain of conspiracy writing on this from back in the mid 90's (The Ft. Marcy Park stuff happened in 1993, that's why I didn't really think it had to do with OSPREY.) The whole Ft. Marcy Park thing is about the death of a guy named Vince Foster, he was White House counsel to Clinton. The conspiracy is about whether Foster committed suicide in Ft. Marcy Park (right outside of DC) or was 'taken out' by someone as part of some kind of cover-up.

I still cannot think of any way that events from almost 15 years ago could be part of all this, but it seems there is some link since t. petal says that Foster is a part of Allen's FRACTAL research.

I'm going to look into FRACTAL, has anyone else found anything on that yet?

Also, zizka says that Jeff logged in to YouTube last night. I think that is really strange, because I was convinced that Jeff was "out of the picture". Is there any way to confirm that? Has he written to anyone?

I've been checking pretty frequently on youtube, but no action of any kind from jeff. I'm concerned that he may be "out of the picture," and someone else may be accessing his files. we'll see soon, I'd imagine.

Nice work!

So Allan is a reporter who's tracking down something called FRACTAL that probably encompasses Project OSPREY. According to Jeff, FRACTAL is related to Vince Foster's death and OIS. Regardless of whether Foster is directly related to this, the point is that the people behind this are dangerous and capable of murder. So Jeff, Allan and tpetal are in danger.

We don't know tpetal's identity. An anonymous whistleblower with unknown motives and access to classified information.

Karla and Peter seem to be familiar with spy stuff. It sounds like that's the focus of their newspaper.

Hey, finally one I can join almost in the beginning!
I'm slightly disappointed that it seems to deal with yet another BIG conspiracy...never mind.

Some thoughts I don't think were brought up, yet:

1. First of all, FRACTAL...I guess it's a project name, unlikely to be an acronym.
One definition of a fractal:

Supposing the name wasn't randomly chosen and relates to the project...my first idea would be that it's about monitoring in the big scale by using smaller chunks of information projecting into a larger scale...something like that?
Or maybe it's simply surveillance by injecting implants in some way or another. It seems to me like Julian is the field test that Claudia Reese mentioned in the first letter. I guess, right now, the implant mic seems to be what Osprey is all about.

2. The connection between Foster and the Ft. Marcy Park could be part of the backstory. I'm not sure if Foster is a very common name, in that case it might be one of those huge coincidences that seem to happen a lot in this "business".
Another point that might relate to this one: I wonder why in the cast list, William is the only one without a surname given. It's likely that we are supposed to find out about it at some point. So, maybe he is William Foster. A long shot at best, with nothing to base on, as of now.

3. t.petal...deliberately not tpetal...seems to suggest the 't' is the guy's first name initial.

Possible lead:
t.petal says that he is in the process of creating a timeline and that he was building it under an ID with "petal" in the name. Like, another ID that might still be out with an unfinished list. He didn't say he deleted it, but granted, you might as well assume that. And it was probably meant to be another hint that he is abandoning KMQ soon.
Not sure, there might be something out there or we are just supposed to wait until he moved it to the new hiding place.

Edit:
I just noticed that we might already be able to conclude which position William works in...
Look at file 2 where it says
