i'm pretty sure that when i checked the 1-18-08.com page on july 4th while there was only one picture, the picture was centred in the page and not moveable. When you right clicked, you could check the properties like with any image. It was not until a second picture was added that they became moveable, and the right click menu was changed to reflect that of a flash player rather than an image.

When they updated the Flash (which, as has been stated, needs to be done every time a new picture is added), they added a line to disable the context menu.

Don't see why they did that other than to annoy us. Then again, only the tech savvy know a way around that to get the true imagesd, and "tech savviness" doesn't seem to be that much of a prerequisite in these things.

Maybe they removed the context menu in order to remove confusion? People were thinking that making extra copies of the pics had something to do with it, this would be a good way of saying it doesn't.

Nobody else seemed to be doing it so I figured why not. Plus, I knew if I waited and nobody else did and something happened, and if the original thread is any hint of things to come, then trying to do one later would be massively difficult. If not time consuming.

For the record, as new stuff is confirmed, even if I have to dig back for originals, I'll add them in the top portion instead of making new posts, so just check for updates up top.

Hope it helps. Anybody wanna go for a FAQ? Better hurry before the thread of doom reaches 300! Razz

I'm going back to pull some theories out of my ass regarding EHWR and Cloverfield. At least then people will talk to me. Angrily, sure, but at leat they talk!

That would be in the Reference thread. I got one started and it'll be there to add to on those that stir it up some and need to be put to rest one way or the other.

For the record, as of this date, there are still only two sites related to each other in the 1-18 trail.

Also for the record, in the Ref thread first post are a list of links to resources dealing with 1-18....so if you have a site up somewhere to add, add it in Reference if you would. Smile
