 		The trailer says: "In Theaters 1-18-08". I doubt they would write that if it has a different release date. It's counterproductive.

We know that there are other websites out there, but we don't necessarily know that it's going to be ARG.

But the funny part was that it WASN'T on the same line.

Which 1.) In Theaters would be telling us it WILL be released in Theaters and wasn't some preview for a straight-to-dvd (which is unheard of really, but still.) 2.) The second line was just 1-18-08.

Because of that date + In theaters it's only natural to assume that the "In Theaters 1-18-08" is a release date. But with everything on the .com website featuring timestamps, it would make sense that the movie is called 1-18-08.

 		I think it's great that, if this is an ARG, all of the cold trails will already be exposed so that the next revealed trail is indeed a good one.

I personally am stuck on the slusho thing for today, I don't understand what in the world is has to do with this. I know that there are the simple findings that everyone else has already posted, but (much like others) it just seems to me that there's something else there that's just being overlooked.

I think that I may have bit off more than I could chew as far as my first ARG is concerned.. Anyone have a link to the Noob section. Laughing

 		On another note, I think it's a little bit ridiculous that people are getting a big attitude with the noobs here for reposting things. I understand that it gets tiresome to read the same suggestion once ever 3 pages, but you can't honestly expect them to read 168 pages just to make sure that they don't repeat someone elses idea.

No harm is meant, just help.

Oh he's certainly aware of it, otherwise he wouldn't have made his statement about the "fun web stuff" (and three movable flash photos by themselves are not "fun" in the slightest)! They'd be pretty silly not to do something with it at this point. Very Happy I'm just finding all of this fascinating and I can't wait to see what they do next! They obviously plan on putting more and more photos up- at the very least! Realtime ARG- cool!

(I'm glad for the irc- this IS getting too chatty!)

1} Just a suggestion from an experienced arger... Spec can branch out into new threads.
2} Ethan haas has been confirmed not a part of this, best left alone.
3} If there is something really related, it deserves it's own thread {such as maybe :
Subject -[1-18-08][www.1-18-08.com]
Body - put here any info on the page alone, updates, etc

these three things alone will make it MUCH easier for new players {and old} to jump in and play if/when there is something to play. this thread is soooo large, yes, not everyone is willing to read each post each page, lord know i didn't! I mean, until it becomes a full game and gets it's own sub-forum, dont' make a new thread for each update, but maybe sperate from one thread for just about everything.

Thanks. Java applets crash my browser (Firefox 2) for some reason. I'll use the mIRC trial for now. I'm just plain lazy.
