Ok... so I have heard that some of the things at the actual production of the movie have said " You can't eat just six" instead of "you can't drink just six"... so I googled that and I keep coming up with donut related site or message board where people are talking about donuts... and Krispy Kreme donuts to be more specific.... does this sound viable? Do we need to be looking at donuts???

Straws?

I like that somebody pointed out that they say "Slusho zoom" as part of the last instructions for downloading anything. They use it like an instruction, like it's meant to mean something. The only other thought I have about that is that it is the way of mind of Slusho. When you do something Slusho, you slusho zoom! like when you enjoy slusho or something.

Just trying to suggest something that makes a little bit more sense to me than some of the stuff that's being suggested.

(Sydney closes the cooler door and moves beside him in the cereal aisle.)

SYDNEY: Don't mention it. (shivers) That was cold. So, what's my move?

VAUGHN: Carry out your assignment. Get the documents. When you get back, make sure YOU are holding the stolen files. We'll execute two brush passes at the airport terminal.

(He gets a slushie.)

VAUGHN: First, one will take place at the gate. We'll intercept the materials and make a duplicate copy and then return them to you in a second pass to be executed at the airport curb.

SYDNEY: That's it?

VAUGHN: That's it. Want a Slusho?

SYDNEY: No, thank you.

VAUGHN: They're delicious.

SYDNEY: No, thanks. I said I was cold.

VAUGHN: (looks at her) Good luck.

That is a wonderful and new idea. No sarcasm.

Tina or anyone else who likes to contact these guys

Ok, I have delved into slusho a bit.

Not the site, but the whois.
Many people have noted that Satoshi has been listed as the registrant to slusho.com but his contact info is directed to the networksolutions.com site and not his personal email etc.

So I searched slusho.jp registry and found that jp wasnt searchable per godaddy or allwhois or whois.

Found whois.jp - then found a translator site to read it(which I will now do with the slusho site after this), and read that Satoshi registered the japan site of slusho on JUNE 27, 07 - but the .com was made MAY 4, 07. Not sure why.

But we finally found real contact info as he didnt think wed go this far. He registered with this email which is not done privately thru the domain company like it was done with the .com one.

Satasho - 7087SPLATgmail.com
Get him Tina

Re: Happy Talk
Slusho.jp page

This is probably nothing, but I have been googling unusual phrases from the slusho site. "Happy Talk" hit a match on wikipedia:

Happy Talk is meaningless commentary such as that in action news.

Both the Happy Talk page, and subsequent "Al Primo" page etc have been updated recently.

Might be worth further investigation.

Maybe we ought to look/listen more closely to the reporter, since it is related to news room banter (that's NY1's Roma Torre, who has been in a few movies). Others have commented that is a bit warm in NY for Jan 18th at midnight (and why show the temperature if the city is under seige- like that's going to help, but I guess they do that a automatically).

She is edited: "calls are pouring in to the New York news room...CUT...it as a thunderous roaring sound. That was..." (I couldn't make out the last word because Slusho shirt guy got in the way right then- could be significant or not).

Hi, I am new to the whole ARG thing but this 1/18/08 thing has got me interested. Probably a bad thing since I have an addictive personality.

Anyway I have transcribed the "Slusho!" theme song. Its pretty simple: 1 bar in C Major, in 4/4 timing at a tempo of 85 bpm the melody is composed based on 5 notes A-C-E-F-G. There is a Melody line, a Bass line and a Harmony line. I didn't transcribe the harmony line as it seems to be the same as the melody line with a buzzy-arpeggiated synth sound.

(click for wide image of Slusho! Theme Song sheet music)

Not sure if it means anything but there it is...

If the notes were translated to numbers on a touch tone phone, what numbers would G, F and A be? I think that E is 3 and C is one. Smile
