Hey, everyone, this is Gabriel. I'm a small town guy living in a small, backwards state...
Basically, life isn't great.
The other day we saw something in the sky... IM me and I'll tell you about it.
Maybe.
Edit: - To add, I emailed them back and I've added them on AIM.

And here's a friend of his, who pretty much says the same thing.
Quote:
Hey, I'm Michael, and I live in a small town in Indiana. Yeah, I know... I'm a hick.
So anyway.
Life here was always boring- until IT happened.
Want to know more? Then IM me.

Sorry, that last Guest post was mine. I wondered why I kept getting a CAPTCHA on the post reply form.

I'll defiantly be playing this one. I'll try IMing them. Oh, and if you want to play, but don't want to download AIM, I found this thing called AIM Express on the official AIM page. You can send messages right from your browser.

I guess for now we just wait for a reply or contact on AIM
It sounds right up my alley though. From the films they like, I'm guessing it might be UFO related? By UFO I dont just mean zomg aliens! XD

I asked if I could help them out by email only:

I don't think that's wise. My friends and I have reason to believe the government may be watching our email... (Hi, Dubya, how's it going?). If you want, you can go to www.aim.com , click GET A SCREEN NAME on the right-hand side, sign up, and then use www.meebo.com to sign on, without downloading any programs or giving away any personal info.
Keep in touch,
Gabriel

That was one of the most entertaining AIM chats I've ever read. I like the fact that Michael and Gabriel talk back and forth and joke with eachother, as well as the players.
So... Our 'clue' is 'Be Observant,' and we need to send the answer to Gabriel's email (a77mericaneagleSPLAT gmail.com).
Ok, well... Since that's not much of a puzzle in-and-of-itself, I suppose we have a few options... Start googling, or check out their AIM pages (the only other IG site we have right now). I'm going to start investigating their AIM pages.
Edit: I AIMed 'beobservant.' Um, it's a real person; out-of-game. Whoops. XD
I suppose... Could that picture on Gabriel's AIM page be stegged?

Ooh, this looks good. I'm gonna try and go this one alone, but if I get stuck (when I get stuck) there's nobody else I'd turn to, but you guys.
So... I'll see you in the very near future XD

So all we need to do is email the 'password' as it were, to him? Could the answer just be as simple as beobservant / be observant?

Double post sorry, Only thing Ive found so far is the hint:
Quote:
remember... you're looking for a hidden puzzle to prove you're worthy, folks.
Which can only be seen when highlighted on afallenlife's AIM page.
I also found this brief update when clicking on the information bubble in AIM next to a77mericaneagle's screanname:
Buddy Updates:
AIM Profile Update: afallenlife : dude, did you just hear that...21 hours ago.
There is some extra to this but I dont know how to view it. Im not 100% with AIM. Can anyone else find this?
