How would the monster cause the explosion? He couldn't have been near the explosion, or he would have died.

It seems to me that either he didn't cause the explosion (maybe it was military trying to kill him? Maybe it's not a monster period- which is my personal theory) or he did but from far away.. somehow.
Or he could be that big that he travels underground blasting through like a volcano.

 		Okay, for the record....

Unless I am doing this wrong all of a sudden, I put in the cheese.jp for a whois and it keeps coming up nonexistent...I used a different one than NS and it's all in little squares and jibberish. Running it thru babelfish doesn't even happen. It's all blank.

However, just a search on yoshida corporation doesn't immediately bring up anything regarding it as existing.

Could be technical difficulties on my end....if anyone else would look into it to rule it in or out...and not based only on the fact it's Japanese.

The user "muffins" on #slusho ran a whois which says the website was created March, 2001. OOG, I guess.

...but what the hell?
I have been thinking this for a while and after looking at the maps and thinking of possible scenarios I wondered if anyone else had thought perhaps the SOL Head wasn't THROWN at the city, but was being SPIT OUT?

I know - Straws, right?

But just give me this... You're a freshly awoken monster (maybe you were a statue before and you've been brought to life for any number of reasons - it's alive, it's huge?) and you run across this big statue holding a torch in the water and think of it more as a threat than anything else - so you bit it's head off and when you realize it's not tasty - you get pissed and spit back out?

OK - Forgive me for reaching there, but it was killing me.

 		Change/edit in trailer dialogue?
I was just listening to the trailer again, near the end, right as everyone exits the building into the street.

Where it has been confirmed in earlier trailer versions that someone says, off camera, "I saw it. It's alive. It's huge,"--which is supposedly an important clue--I can no longer hear the voice say "It's huge." Now they say something else, less audibly. I swear they say "It's ugly" but I can't be sure.

Anyone else hear the same thing or notice this edit?

Also, you can no longer hear someone screaming "Oh, my God" after the SOL head rolls into view at the end.

 		Okay idea.

I need to post it before my brain looses it so here it is. it the Lost game, some kind of message was sent with the words "mandrake wig" or something, which tuned out to be an anagram for "waking dream
however, mandrake wig also had a valid, in game myspace page.

I'm thinking that something about slushozoom either mathmatically encoded into the music, or the oven mit and cheese, or pot holder and swiss cheese, or something along those lines if we can figure out the exact name they want us to use, is an anagram for some myspace page as well

I already tried donkeyfish and got some page that was created 2005 so theres a 99.9% chance thats not IG.

I have to start getting ready for work so I can't do any more with this, and I didnt want to loose the idea so i'm putting it out there.

Hey, I dont know if anyone has posted this or not (dont have the time to read 200+ pages between work and sleep), but if you tilt you moniter at an extreme angle, the picture of the four people running away from the blinding light becomes more clear. There seems to be something in the background, and one of the four people seems to be running TOWARD whatever everyone else is running away from.

Again, sorry if this is a repeat!

I doubt any public domain site such as myspace would ever be used as a legit place to promote a movie.

Why?

Too easy for cretins to mimic the content. .. just like that license plate page that was shot down for being a fake.

I'm fairly certain that any such page we discover... it's going to have a "low doubt" factor regarding its authenticity.


.... and I completely doubt any myspace page being a legit source of info for this movie.


We had the trailer...

.. then the discovery of the Slusho t-shirt....

... then we had the discovery of the Slusho website...

... then we had.. <something> related to the Slusho website..

There's going to be some sort of logical progression here and if we use that reasoning, then there is no mention of a myspace page on the Slusho site.


Quite honestly, the sites related to the movie farther down the chain of discovery, may not even be active yet until ones before it start showing some traffic... just to safeguard the accidental "discovery" of a page with content that's "out of sequence"....

I've been playing with all three images and it's clear he's not running toward whatever it is, he's taking a picture of it.

 		that is bs, total bs-Lost used myspace. that's why i started typing in myspace links. have you even seen the page? i'm new to this so if you can find something on that page that suggests it's OOG (besides the fact that it's a myspace) i'll shutup.

think about it: the people at rob's party are "real people" in their (i'd say) late 20's. people in their 20s use myspace. everyone uses myspace...i think its realistic for the people at rob's to have myspace pages.
