God damn it, I wish this was related to Cloverfield... I can't be working on two ARGs at the same time!!!

Stevenson, Washington is a city right on the border with Oregon that has a whopping 1200 people in it.

So, we have now:

- The Triton Enterprises phone number... Can anyone try this? I don't have long distance from my cell.

- Kellie Graham, the spokesperson

- Divinus appears to be some sort of resort in development

- Founded in 1807 in the area that is now Latvia. I don't know the significance of that date or area... yet...

- Haas has some sort of journal and he will reveal it eventually. That or we need to find him.

- We're going to be playing a role. Go figure.

It's where the Mezin are from. And the date contains the same numbers as 8/1/07, the crucial date for both the Mezin and Van Mantra.

I seem to have missed yesterday's blog post from the Mezin. Who are, of course, based in Latvia -- where Triton was founded.

damn I keep forgetting them- I can't get to that blog at the office thanks to big brother and keep forgetting to look it up when I get home- catch me up and I'll go read it tonight when I get home and stay current from now on?

I see the Latvia reference now. Thank you.

I have to ask: who and how are translating the blog posts anyway? I don't have that level of patience to do that sort of thing... Is there a key somewhere I don't know about?

Called number, got VM, didn't leave message yet- thinking when the office clears out alittle mroe I might call and pretend to be a lost tourist looking for directions to the Divinus 'compound' or something...

Haas wrote a journal and Van has pages of it that HE will reveal- tiny distinction...

I just wait until someone in the comments over there translates them.

Ah yeah- that's the other reason why I'm not following the blog much- people say its in greek but when I go to it all I get are a bunch of boxes I guess my 'puter doesn't like that font so I can't translate it either way- can we get these posted here by some dedicated soul as well?

Especial thanks from suckers like Nighthawk and I who apparently ahve both been suckered into two ARGs (or potential ARGs)

Well, glad I'm not alone. Wink

It's not Greek, I don't think. I've heard someone mentioned that its' Sanskrit. But I can see the characters, at least.

And, at first glance, they pretty much look all the same to me. Or at least similar enough to give me a migraine going through a single sentence.

*EDIT* This is an ARG, most definitely. Probably not a big one, but it's one nonetheless. We would have never known about Triton had we not looked for it in typical ARG fashion.

Cloverfield... well... until something is revealed, I don't know.

Sorry I meant the proverbial greek- as in its all greek to me- I couldn't remember what it was only that it had to be translated- and I can't see it so... you know

Yeah EHWR = ARG, needs to be moved to ARGs with potential now- (like a semi decent boyfriend- he's got potential?)

1-18-08, not so sure yet, jury is still out... okay now its time to do the 'tourist impression' on the triton phone line- will update when I get home.

[SPEC] Linked to a video game?
[SPEC] Linked to a video game?

I have no real reason to connect this, except for a slightly similar design from what I've seen.

Has anyone thought of this? When I searched I didn't see it.

Could this be linked to Bioshock?

Or maybe Fallout 3?

It has slightly similar art styles to both those games.

email to triton

i'd sent triton an email, got the same auto response that everbody got...it did say that i needed to include my passcode number (or something like that) in further transmissions in order to obtain a log in & password...this is paraphrasing 'cause i really don't feel like going back and reading it again right now...

here's the other thing, what was the number we were given early on, it was 5 or 6 digits, start 14 or 16 maybe, i don't remember. if somebody has it, send that over to triton and see what you get.

Hey! I said that Triton was a front days ago! Sheesh... nobody listens to me... Wink

I'm still slightly convinced that MSL isn't real, either, but I can't definitely prove that. They don't have an address on their website, no contact information, nothing. If I was the press, looking to get more information on this amazing new product you're working on, I have now way of reaching you?!?

OK, so now there are two options:

1) There's stuff out there - Divinus Resort, something in Washington, what to do with those codes, etc... - that we have to figure out by the 1st of August.

2) We have to wait until the 1st of August for a major breakthrough.

Personally, I'd say #1, or there's no reason to release the PDF in the first place.

But... Triton says they're launching their "secure site" soon (they haven't changed their auto-responder; I checked). I'm betting that's where the codes will come in handy.

Well, to be fair here, it was kind of obvious. It showed up in Van Mantra's domain record for ethanhasswasright.com -- obviously it was going to be a front for something. The only question was whether it was a front for Van, the Mezin, or some kind of combination of the two.

God, you gotta learn to not take me so literally. Then again, we just met. Smile

Anyway... I've sent a barrage of mails to Triton, asking for immediate information and trying to interject those numbers as my contractor ID. Always comes back the same.

I think I have a lead, but it involves me buying a domain for $19,000... OK, maybe that's OOG... Hey, I'm new here, remember?

Quote:
Or maybe Fallout 3?

The Fallout series is grounded in an Eartly domain. A highly radioactive, mutated, weird ass Earthly domain, but Earth nonetheless. I wouldn't be surprised if there is one, but the game isn't coming out for more than a year.

*EDIT*
What if Triton Enterprises is Mind Storm Labs' secret venture capitalist, as mentioned here:
