I think there are keys missing.

Abrams said there are clues to be found, but he didn't say those clues were unlocked.

Also, by what I've seen of the 1-18-08 flash, and by what I've heard from the Lost ARG, it is conceivable that pages get updated and changed during the game. Heck the Slusho and 1-18-08 Flash elements have changed twice since they've been discovered (those changes were arguable bug fixes and did not impact actual content), and I've already seen how the 1-18-08 Flash *must* be changed every time there's a new image.

I couldn't agree more- there might be something we either have to do or find before they unlock or there might be some arbitrary factor like it unlocks at a certain time or date... I don't think we're going to get "in" until something shakes loose.

You know, it's ironic. Here I am writing posts and blog entries about how we don't have a key to this game, and at the exact time that I'm writing that entry, Triton Enterprises gives us the next key to the Ethan Haas mystery.

Two ARGs at the same time... I'm going to lose my mind on this, I tell you.

I'm just having fun playing ninja- 3rd pic here and now triton- looks like I ought to go buy a lotto ticket this week!

Ok can someone figure out how to get the Slusho music into Ringtone form?!

Question: What leads have we had that have actually to this point gotten us anywhere?

If you want the main theme, it should be a piece of cake. I Googled up some instruction on how to do it for various brands of ringtones. I'm sure I could find it again, if needed.

In the history page at slusho.jp the little hand thing comes up when u put it over the thought bubble of the donkey and the fish that are thinking of the oven mitt and the cheese. I dunno if its important or not but you never know.

Dude, I did the same thing... posted something that was mentioned over and over again previously.

BUT I will save you, because I was going to post a theory about this... reading the history, it talks about how Norika loved to combine flavors. The fish thinks about cheese, and the donkey/horse thinks about an oven mitt.

What's an oven mitt for? To protect your hand from heat.

Combine the cheese and the oven mitt and get FONDUE.

What does this have to do with ANYTHING? How can this be a clue!? I have no idea...BUT...in the grand tradition of the 'grasping at straws' themes going on here, I thought I'd contribute.

To my recollection no one's made this bizarre hypothesis yet. BUt I could be wrong, in which case FLAME ON.

I'll one-up you there on the crazy straw grabbing madness. Try this on for size:

Raclette! It's swiss. It's hot. It's... Well, see for yourself. It does actually involve cheese.

Trying to find a phone number.

I am still trying to find a phone number we can call. I have tried 1-slu-sho-zoom. I've tried 1-800-118-2008, 1-888-118-2008, 1-866-118-2008. Alas, none of them are even real phone numbers, the operator voice says I've got the wrong area code. I think I'll try them all backwards when I'm at my desk tomorrow. Smile

I really really think this is a phone number. I did some google mappin' and found that the area code for the 401 broadway area is (212)

So, call away. In case you don't feel like having to read my handwriting, it's (212)-665-1773

(moderator reduced the width of the forum page by changing their embedded image to a clickable link, and the wording of the label was mine -- catherwood)

I can try tomorrow, it's a little late to call New York right now. Smile Just in case it's a real person's phone number.

sorry to nitpick but... I'm pretty sure we all concluded that this photo from the 1-18-08 site did not actually show in the trailer

(moderator put that in there, sorry for the confusion, when I changed the embedded image to a clickable link, it was me who called it a trailer shot, changed it now -- catherwood)

Slushozoom on AIM

I am not usually an AIM person but with the apparent changing of the aim avatar on the downloads page of slusho (thank you for the tip off Jela) I open up AIM and added several possible names as buddies. Slushozoom worked and popped up right away and said "hello" and I have typed a couple of messages but not gotten any response in about 20 minutes. The profile is blank but it does say they have been online for the last 3 hours. I wonder if there are any other boards that are working on this and if they might have already been onto this possible lead and might be conversing with slushozoom (and hopefully confirming IG or OOG) is anyone aware of any other groups working this anywhere?

It doesn't mean that there isn't something with AIM specifically though.. maybe slushozoom isn't the guy...

But they altered the AIM Icon and they use AIM in the title exclusively...not everyone uses AIM. It could be a clue for the next clue

You know, we have been sending Satoshi e-mails... so maybe they are gathering e-mail addresses and are going to add us all to AIM and reach us that way?????

Here, this gif should work in AIM:

Right-click, Save as, open AIM, Settings, Expressions tab, upper right, browse, find the image you saved.
