Are you sure it's Japanese?

There's another web site on the page that cites a .cn domain, which is China. Could be a Chinese site.

I'm pretty sure it's Chinese. The Japanese babelfish translation didn't work, but the Chinese worked......sort of.....

i ran it w/ chinese simp to english, and it made sense, for a business website. they also, under merchadise, showed pabst blue ribbon & a tibbetan beer

Ok this is Wierd!!! If you go to ftp.slusho.jp you get the normal login/pass screen. But the wierd this is that you get a alert message after u hit cancel that says "Please tell me who you are"?

Need some help with this.

Annual beverage contest?

Just going through the history section on Slusho and it struck me to find an annual beverage/libation contest held in Honshu. Well, I did find one and came up with this:

The Nebuta Warrior sak� is crafted each year to celebrate the Nebuta festival and is intended to be a sak� to enjoy with your family and friends. Have a sip and imagine hundreds of fiery Nebutas glowing in the night.

Honjozo: Sak� with a small amount of brewer's alcohol added to enhance aroma and heighten flavors. Despite popular belief, a Honjozo is only slightly higher in alcohol than a Junmai.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and crisp this Honjozo style is dry yet full-bodied with rich melon flavors, hints of spice and the mouthfeel of a mid-summer rain.

Pairing: Sushi and Sashimi, salads and lightly grilled vegetables and fish. Try it ice cold on a summer's day with a deli carved turkey sandwich, or mid winter with a nice bowl of salmon chowder.

Rice: Mutsuhomare from the Aomori Prefecture.

Rice Milled To: 70%

Serve: Cold

ALC: 15.5%

SMV: +5

Available in a 720 ML and a 1.8 L bottle.
