I have slightly more of a clue with photoshopping than you do. I don't know how to get rid of the motion blur, just how to make one.

Also, do we know(spec) what the address of Rob's building is?

Simple facts that help no one

-11808 is a genetic code, relates to the fact they speak of genetics on the Slusho site.

-Google Mapping "Slusho" takes you to multiple Slusho filming locations.

-There is a Street in Santa Monica called "Cloverfield", think it connects to Los Angeles.

Used photoshop's "Smart Sharpen" filter...First I did one for motion blur at 25 degrees (i can't remember the other settings. I pretty much just fiddled around until it looked pretty good), then I adjusted the brightness/contrast, then I did smart sharpen again, but with Gaussian Blur (again, just fiddled until it looked alright).

Just a note back to the temperature....

I won't comment on whether it's unseasonably warm or not for NY, but instead on the fact most all the females at the party are dressed in summer style wear - strapless dresses, mini skirts, shorts, light fabric dresses, etc. The guys, tho, if you look, have double tops in almost every case. They have an undershirt and either a button up shirt over it, or a jacket of some sort - long sleeves and 'warm' fabrics. It could be fashion sense, but it's curious that if it's "unseasonably warm" for NY, why they wouldn't have shed some clothing at some point during the party with lots of people and ambient heat from bodies and such. None of the guys have removed jackets, or unbuttoned one shirt, or even shown up in short sleeved tshirts.

Well in the 3rd and 4th photos, the people in them are in long sleeves. Aside from the soldier's standard uniform, these others look dressed for cooler temps....which doesn't suggest any "curious heat wave" for NY.

Observations...to consider.

A couple observations:

1) If that woman is a police officer, she's probably not NYPD. Her hat is wrong. They don't wear ball caps, which is what she appears to be wearing. Also, she doesn't appear to be wearing a Sam Browne belt (the gun belt with all the stuff on it). Their uniform also has a rather sizable badge on the left breast that I don't think her arm would be able to hide.

2) They've managed to mobilize the military that close to the scene in only about an hour? The only way that's going to happen is if the military is mobilized, set, ready to move, with ample air transport to get them to where they need to go fast. Once they got to the general location, they'd need time to establish a command post and deploy into positions. Even if they were sitting on the base in their transports, that'd be a challenge. Without warning, it'd be practically impossible.0
