[QUESTION] What song makes you weep? A Sad Thread Mithras has instructed the Sammeeeees to ....
Quote:
GO TO THE EAST NOOK AND REMEMBER ONE SAD SONG
STEP ONE
As the sun rises on the day you face this Eidolon,
every Sammeeeee must go to the far east nook of their room.
Remember the one sad song that always
makes you weep.
Sing this song to yourself.
Mithras will shine down and see
that the Sammeeeees come with an open heart.
I'm a real sap when it comes to sad songs, and there are so many of them that can make me cry. You know how it is... a song can bring back memories of times gone by, or be associated with a person or event. But, if I had to pick just one; I'd have to say, the one song, that does it to me each time I hear it, is "Everything I Own " by Bread.
What song pulls at your heartstrings?

"Iris" by the GooGooDolls cause I associated it so much with "City of Angels" which just was way toooooo sad at the end.

Universe, by Sarah Slean .
Mostly because of this Firefly fan video about Simon and River.
It's sort of brave, and hopeful, and sad, all at once. Also, I miss Firefly every time I watch the video, and I'm sad about all the stories in that universe that will never be told.

"This Woman's Work" by Kate Bush.

It's the song that's playing in "She's Having a Baby" when Elizabeth McGovern's character has an emergency c-section and almost dies... similar to what happened to me w/ my son. Long story short, they told Craig to say "anything he had to say" to me before they took me to surgery. This song makes me bawl every time I hear it.

Oh Lacey, great choice. I love Kate Bush and I adore that song. I have so many sad songs, hehe. I can't decide. I think I might stick with Time After Time though because of Peeps.

I didnt introduce myself on mine. But its the really bad recording of "Time After Time" Taken from the YT Video of Sammeeeee#1 where Trinket gets mad at the endless looping of Cyndi Lauper in thier cell.
