 		surely a fictional character is a myth or part of a legend as they don't exist factually?

yes but the way that it was phrased, was encompasing everyone apart from crazy hoarse, as a myth/legend when clearly tazenko kensei is not

but there is nothing to base the information on. the like of the other 'heroes' all have stories written about them, at the time which they where based at. there is no story or factual evidence from the actuall period of history from which this character came from for tazenko kensei, so can not be classified as myth or legend
