one offers the "myth" and creation tale of the monster.
one will get me a t-shirt I'm proudly going to sport in class this fall.
but love the theories.
You don't think there's going to be a sort of "code" for the perfect slusho? Figure out the flavors to add in a certain quantity and create something-- a monstrous something perhaps?
edit- whoops, quoted the wrong thing. fixed.

Slusho is People, anyone see a problem with that? i think we're avoiding the big picture...IT'S PEOPLE SLUSHO IS PEOPLE! but seriously...umm anything wrong with that. I have a picture of it, but don't really know where to put it, so yeah...There's really a quote that says Slusho Is People [/img]
So is Soylent Green. However, Slusho varies from person to person.

I think there's a good chance somewhere on that site there's a code hidden that'll give us all one major but minor secret.
But I really doubt it. I think the slusho page is just that - slush.
A red herring, it's got the mythology on the monster that attacks us (his-story).
But I'm sure it's only purpose is to sell us t-shirts and hats. As well as more exciting (meta) hype to build around for the next 6mos.
I think maybe there is a code on the slusho page....
weren't you warned?
everyone here is insane. I've lost it completely. I haven't gone this bizzurk over a flick since Nolan picked up the DK series. Jesus christo.
I really would just like this movie now. Like, right fuck'n now, actually.

Yeah. I also got the whole "Slusho is people" thing. I don't like the Happy Talk section, it creeps me out.
But, I'm liking the whole Slusho is people/turn me into a whale stuff.
That would be kind of unique, i feel.
And for the people who are going to go ahead and try to shoot me down by talking about Soylent Green and how this has already been mentioned... get off your high horse and go fuck yourself.

I think someone's just going to have to look at the flash code. there's an infinite number of combinations we could try if we tried to chance onto it. while fun, it would be a huuuuuge waste of time.

Something that I've noticed on the flavors page, is that when choosing flavors, each flavor colors in a segment of the slusho giant robot, and the section that is colored in depends on the relative amount of flavor - the first or strongest flavor will fill in the outermost sections (the outside of the feet, etc) and the weaker flavors will fill in inwards.
The second thing that I've noticed here is that when flavors are selected in equal amounts, which ever flavor is to the right will win the tie. For example, if you pick blueberry (the leftmost) and lime, both at the same strength, lime will fill in the first, outermost section.
It may be possible to unlock some sort of result by setting up the flavors in the preferred order, and maybe understanding the tiebreakers will help. Here's hoping!

Reminds me of Christmas Story when Ralphie decodes the secret message to find an ad for Ovaltine. The plaintext message read, "Be Sure To Drink Your Ovaltine."
We're gonna decode something and it'll say, "Be sure to buy a Slusho t-shirt! Cya on Jan 18, sucker!"
Wait... does the Xmas Story/Ovaltine count as an ARG?

so where's the ovaltine on the slusho site?!
if that - I think it'll just be another link to the store/catwalk page. lol

I apologize a head of time if someone's already said this, but has anyone else tried to correlate the flavor bots w/ the circle of friends?
Like Rob = Chocolate Rage or whatever...?

I was thinking that too. I would make Rob equal to NASHI because his background is green. Beth could be MIKAN because of the red and orange in her background.
