I haven't seen this brought up yet (sorry if it's stale) - on Hawk's (J.J.'s) myspace page, under Videos - there are two items, and they both refer to a Jan. 18th 'get together'!! Is this something "Hawk" put up, or is this something one of us did..?? [I ask only b/c I know nothing about how myspace works].

Did any one else notice the post on Beth's blog entitled 'A Myspace Stalker's Delight?' It's your typical mindnumbing blog survey, but the odd thing about Beth's is that some but not all of the Os in the questions have been replaced with 0s and that all of the Is are lowercase.

I was wondering if this was binary, so I wrote it down and ran it through some binary translators and didn't come up with much - which could very well just be human error in writing them all down, or it's really not binary. But some other kind of code? I'd think if it was just to be stylish, all of the Os would be replaced with 0s, not just some.

Slusho came from a T Shirt clue so I do wonder if those "Adios" and "Augie" T's mean something more.

Some observations:

Is it just me or does it seem like there are more than a few pics of these people sucking down drinks with straws? At the very least they like to drink. Whether it's just 6 or more is a question.

Some of the pics do look like Los Angeles. Lili mentions something about Missing the dog, who's hind quarters are seen in one of those outdoor pics. Are some of these characters recent transplants to NY?

Rob mentions something about reading local forums and attempting to comprehend programming diagrams. Maybe he's been hired to upgrade that Slusho site?

"Hud" Hudson and "Hawk" Hawkins also brings to mind "Hudson Hawk."

A not very successful Bruce Willis character who's name refered to the cold wind that blows off the Hudson River in NYC.

From the "Hudson Hawk" wiki page:

A recurring plot device in the film has Hudson and his partner Tommy "Five-Tone" (Aiello) singing songs concurrently but separately, to time and synchronize their exploits. Willis-Aiello duets of Bing Crosby's Swinging on a Star and Paul Anka's Side by Side feature on the movie's soundtrack.
