I could be wrong, but from looking at the picture as up close and as far away as I could get, this is what I see.

It looks like a curbside streetlamp, you know, the ones at the corner for the crosswalk. I highlighted the base of the pole in blue, the shadow the pole is making on what I assume to be the street in green, I traced what I assume to be the curb in brown, a puddle in pink, the crosswalk buttons on the pole in yellow, and what looks to me like the back of a sign attached to the pole in red. I assume it to be a sign since each corner is a right angle and one of those angles clearly overlaps whomever or whatever is in the street. As far as what is in the street, it is too blurry for me to be sure, but it looks like someone sitting in the street with their legs stretched out and the rest of their body hunched over with their head leaning forward close to the ground. I had to take a break from staring at it because it was making my eyes cross and nothing was making any sense. Also I feel like whatever it is will be completely obvious if I stop staring at it intently and making it not so obvious...heh

That or it looks like someone's upper body as they are lying face down, anyone that can figure it out you are more than welcome to take a stab at it.

Yeah, I'm seeing the whole street lamp thing now. Makes sense. I can't really see anything different from what you describe, but I doubt it's something to be concerned about anyway.
