[INFO] Desktop Buddy New? Is it just me or did the Desktop monitor change to show a server list now? Mine used to be a connection failed picture now it changed to a list of the 5 servers and the first 3 are green...Am I losing it?

That's how it's supposed to work. The connection failure message indicates a problem with your connection.

No it used to say that now all the sudden it has a list of all 5 servers with a light next to them the first 3 lights are green and the second two red but nothing is clickable yet except the X and the halo3.com thingy.

Yea see what we are saying is thats what it has always shown. You had an ACTUAL connection error, not allowing you to view the flash, which is tunneled through the desktop application.
Note to mods: Lock?

Yep, something has been fixed between you and the flash, allowing the desktop monitor to work properly.

It's not just him. That program never worked for me, but after checking this topic I retrieved it from my recycle bin, and lo and behold it works.
They fixed something on their end, because I've not altered any of my settings nor updated anything.

Mine worked until the Server 3 events started. I watched as it changed from the normal 2 unlocked, to CONNECTION FAILURE. That's how I knew something was happening...
Just throwing that out there.
