nice work! I'm fascinated by the efforts people are exerting to gleen more tidbits from the show and cluetracker. Very impressive.
I was so happy that I finally solved the climbing wall, I never paid any attention to the memo. Great catch finding the original memo. I'm quite curious about why a relic like that would be related to the storyline. Is it something from Adam Baylin's belongings?
It makes sense that the blueprints from the cluetracker would be the same as in Baylin's home since everything in the work area belonged to him.
On the topic of checking visuals in the show for clues, I reviewed the second season to see if Ballantine was always wearing a Latnok Society ring and sure enough, he was. Originally I believed the ring from the pawn shop ended up on his hand, but now I think Tom Foss has it.
[pure spec] Tom Foss wants to infiltrate the Latnok Society.

I think it is just to illustrate the length of time and the breadth of influence or access the people/organization in question has been around. Most prob Latnok. I am sure that the content itself is not significant.

I couldn't find anything to do this week on the cluetracker. Am I missing something?

Looks like they arent updating because Foss left the area. His area is the only place still locked.
Anyone know what his video message means that shows up on the PDA.-
"We should set the Fire".

I didn't get the PDA Message from Tom Foss, but I spent a great deal of time dying in a redo of the firewalk challenge trying to see if there was a place to access the closed off staircase that is shown in the blue prints.
I think that the training or next step for this week will be delayed until tomorrow (August 2nd) corresponding to the date of the 59th annual Latnok Society meeting in Albuquerque, NM. Does anyone else find it curious that the calendar in Foss PDA did not turn over to August? Perhaps because Foss is not around to update his calendar entries?
Also, on the MadaCorp website event calendar lists the CCONA Annual Meeting in Mexico City, Mexico on March 2. Does anyone know what CCONA is an acronym for? I am among those that believe that cluetracker sites that link to dates and specific information ARE, (for the most part at least) clues and not just filler.

I think you're right. Maybe Foss is attending this Latnok Society meeting. I still do not understand the message kyle got 2 episodes ago. "Don't Trust Foss". Can anyone shed some light on that?

cluetracker I'm having trouble with the balance beam game. I can't get past 26 seconds. Are you supposed to try to continue forward or can you go back and forth between logs? Any tips?

I believe Adam is who Kyle should be leery of. Something just isn't adding up with Adam Baylin

you have to click the blue ledges while trying to balance throughout the 90 seconds. I always went forward. Never back. It really doesnt matter though. The requirement is that you survive 90 seconds.

Do you beleive that Adam Baylin implanted these memories into kyle such as Jessi XX is being programmed? What is so suspicious about Adam Baylin? I think that Ballantine and Madacorp must have left that message for Deklan, and also the message for Kyle. Maybe they knew Kyle would beleive it was genuine since he thought that Adam was the only one who could mastermind such a cryptic message for him.

I think that Adam planned to tell Kyle all that he thought Kyle should know, but I believe that Baylin may have done things he regrets and or thinks are irrelevant, because even Adam didn't understand the full scope of what was expected of Kyle. I think that Kyle could've trusted the live Adam, but the information he gets from him posthumously is suspect. I have my own theories as well about Jessies' biological pedigree.

My understanding of the 'don't trust Foss' message is that Taylor knew the cd was in the book, so he replaced it with an altered message for Kyle.
Kyle willfully downloaded the ZYZZX files/surveillance videoes himself. Doing so instigated the termination order. I see no reason to distrust Adam.
As for Jessi's origins, I'll speculate that she's the 'product' of Adam's wife/lover/girlfriend or possibly even his sister.

The, "Don't trust Foss," message makes sense now that I am up to date on the episodes, (can't wait for tonights episode) but my concern about Baylin is not the information that Kyle now has access to since he knows that he has the whole zzyzx system in his head. I am distrustful of any message that Adam attempted to make and send to Kyle as they could have been altered, as I said on the 12th. I am even more convinced that any communication that he may get from Adam in the manner of the CD, for instance, is suspect now that we know about Taylor. I didn't trust the initial message saying don't trust Foss because it just instinctually felt wrong, before I knew about Taylor I thought perhaps either A. Adam didn't have all of the facts about something and misconstrued some occurrence in the past to mean that Foss was untrustworthy B. there was another message within the message beyond "Don't trust Foss," for example an anagram, or cryptography C. His messages had been altered by Ballantine
I never thought Adam was a bad person or had an evil agenda, but he did die before he was even close to finishing all he wanted to teach Kyle, he seemed protective and (as I said this was my thought process before the reveal about Taylor) concerned about Kyles reactions to whatever he was going to find out. When I said, "There is something off about Baylin" that was what I was thinking. He could have secrets of his own, that he thought, Kyle wasn't ready to learn, and anything that he might have done to send a communication to Kyle, may have been tampered with.
