After some research, Lien Meihui seems to be the Chinese name for Yuli Taki, a Taiwanese handbag designer and completely unrelated.

I'll send a picture of the puzzle to Mr. Forrest and ask him if he knows Meihui.

"I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand."

Apparently a quote from Confucius....

Competition?

Just read the "rules of the game..."
http://www.christopherforrest.com/playthegame

IS IT A CONTEST?
In addition to the interactive storyline of the game, the GENESIS CODE ARG
contains a series of ten puzzles that will be revealed over many weeks as the
game progresses. The solutions to these ten puzzles will lead to a final clue.
The first player to solve the final clue will win the Grand Prize.

WHAT'S THE GRAND PRIZE?
The first player to solve the final clue and complete the game will win the Grand
Prize as follows:

1. A signed, first-edition copy of THE GENESIS CODE;
2. Lunch with the author at Thrillerfest 2008 in New York, NY;
3. Author CHRISTOPHER FORREST will name a character in an
upcoming novel after the winner.

Only the last one counts, right? Any reason we can't all work together up until the final clue? I promise I'll let you have first crack at #11... Cool

Logs

Work together till the end? Sounds good to me. In agreement with Aiobhan, if you'd like, just ref me as ticket. Anywho on the thegenesiscode.com site there are entry logs.

It explains about how Christopher is being persued by the Order as well. He went to Ambergris's brownstone to look at his uncle's files and it was already searched through. He found photographs in the office that may be of use. One of them is a map of Manhattan. Nothing I can't find around here (3 hours away from the city but whatever). And one particularly of a place possibly in chinatown.

I bet everyone has read it. Just using this all as a recap for later.

On TheGenesisCode.com, there is a little "media" link at the very bottom far-right corner. The first track is the one playing on TriadGenomics.com, entitled "The Ancient Word." I'm listening to 260, the second one, right now - and it's haunting and beautiful. It's a piano piece.

The tracks are, in order:

The Ancient Word
260
The Order
Apocalypse 2012 (a clue?)
Serpent
Jacob's Ladder
Handwriting of God
Killing Joshua
Double Helix

So far, I like 260, Double Helix, and Serpent the best.

Can anyone identify any of these pieces? Double Helix is reminiscent of Beethoven.

Nevermind... 543 is not a valid area code. Maybe our partner in crime Mr. Forrest will get in touch after uncle Josh's funeral service today.
