Now this might be fake but I think it deserves a mention.

It says:

However last login was 02/08/2007 so it probably is fake...

I'd consider it to be OOG/gamejack. seems to be related to the slushozoom.com site which is also OOG/gamejack.

I'm awaiting Rob's response for where he works, also asked him about slusho, told him we didn't have it out in the midwest yet. I wrote to him as an Iowan college student looking for marketing career advice, got one response.
Now I'm waiting.

I don't have a sustained chain of communication with Lil yet, but she did respond to a comment I made about her authors with a question about Jonathan Lethem, whom I'd mentioned in my message to her. So, I'll respond and try to keep the conversation alive. I'll post here if the conversation continues.

Concerning whether or not they're looking at our profiles to determine who to add, no, I don't think they are. There's a counter on my myspace homepage (everyone's, I think) that says how many times your profile's been viewed. I don't believe it's gone up since I tried to befriend the Slusho Seven.
