Seriously Tina, you could have posted videos of your wedding and it would have given us better hints about the movie. I'm all for hanging tough and chilling out until Abrams posts the next hint.

Not so much, no.

But I wasn't giving you hints. I was asking a question for reference - does anyone know or can you confirm - how long that had been in the source. It was not "always" there. We checked source from the beginning on finding slusho and none of that was there. So I, like a bunch of others, didn't check the source again. I happened to last night and noticed it had been added....so was looking to find out if anyone had been paying attention there to notice about when this was added.

On top of that, they are keywords. Says so in the meta tags themselves, and as such, they are keys for us as well.

Slusho! – You Can't Drink Just Six.
meta name="Description" content="Slusho! Making fresh improvements. Just for you."
meta name="keywords" content="Slusho, water, zoom, happy, power, fish, donkey, frog"

In that respect we have a *key* here to work with. Keys of note would be water and power. Those are new as far as specific reference goes. I haven't seen this discussed at all about the keywords...but then again these threads up pages every other day and it's hard to keep up or know where, specifically, any given thing is being discussed, or if a new thread is made and it's temporarily jacked to discuss something else, etc.

So I ask again, does anyone happen to know when the keywords in the source of slusho site were added, or how long - if this was done specifically when they actually updated the site with the new content (if anyone checked then?) or later or is this a newsflash to us all?

And either way, if it's been discussed, where about?

I believe the keywords were put up along with the changes on July 27. I would agree that the word "power" is interesting, whereas water and the animals were already self-evident. The frog has always appeared when you mouseover Store (alternating with the little whale) and Downloads (alternating with a duck) on the homepage.

This probably has nothing to do with anything, but I'm pretty new to this whole ARG thing. Anyways, at the site you'll notice the little beans theres only 6 of them. Think, You can't drink just six. Thus matching. However, that probably has nothing to do with anything only coincidence. Anyways I'm trying to examine everything I can and I hope I can contribute something of importance.

SlushoZoom Sound

Self-Proclaimed Newb here...

I noticed an odd sound (using a different computer, so that might be the whole thing) when the robot says "Slusho Zoom!" Has anyone slowed it down to see if it said anything? It sounded a bit like when we used to speed crap up for fun on tape recorders in grade school.

Just a thought. I searched but didn't see anything, so my bad if this had already been discussed.

I checked out the sound, played it backwards etc. Sounds like nothing more than a computer generated sound.

animal clues

I still think there is an unsolved mystery in the animals on the site. The whole thought bubble thing is intriguing, with oven mitt, swiss cheese, and a claw hammer.

But the keywords makes me even more curious, because: Absent from the keywords are fish, squid, duck, monkey, birds, pig, clam, bear.
Those animals can all be found on slusho pages, so why do the keywords only have fish, donkey, frog?

Also, has anyone found any use for the fact that the donkey on the history page blinks his eyes in a definite, repeated pattern? 2-1-1 2-1-1 2-1-1

Are you aware that the slogan is misprinted in the close-up picture of the hat avilable on your site? I intend to order one, either way, as soon as I get my next check, but I was curious as to wether you'd noticed that, and if it was going to be misprinted when I order the hat.

Okay so where has it been covered then? Let's try it that way.

Or do you not know yourself?

A lot has been covered. So what would you suggest I "search" for?

Search:

Where is the discussion thread or posts related to the keywords in slusho's source code now?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say I wager the results on that one will be NADA. Hence why I asked Razz

PS: Thanks Almijisti for giving it a shot. I appreciate that. I take it from the lack of any real response that it's either not been discussed or covered, or if it was, nobody actually came up with anything so once again blew it off in favor of debating what sort of beast the monster is.

have to agree, does seem a little odd that only those are listed as keywords when you would have at least thought there would be 'whale' in there. does it mean anything though?, not sure but they have been put there for a reason wether that reason is a key or not is yet to become clear.

I did a Search and found this post from as far back as July 12th talking about "Same old automated response" -- yes, we tried it. The phrases on the Slusho site's page of quotes are coming from the emails we have sent to Satoshi. And the phone number is not properly formatted for a Japanese telephone contact.

Those emails seem to be sent to SatoshiSPLATslusho.jp . . .

The email i'm referring to is sk7087SPLATgmail.com . . .

Anyway, I sent an email and I guess we can see if I get a response . . . Has anyone tried the phone number?

yes we've tried that too. Sorry, my point was that we've been looking at this for a month now. Here's where the gmail was tried on July 9th
And that phone number is not properly formatted for a Japanese telephone contact.
