I cannot bring myself to play this game...
Every time I think of Tricia in connection with Sam and Dean I think of Tricia Helfer's guest starring in the episode "Roadkill" and...
Ugh. Plus, Sam is emailing people using ROT-13? GMAB. C'mon. He's so much more clever than that. PLUS it's not following Supernatural mythology at all, is it? Unless Tanya's been taken by one of the Hellmonsters let out by the boys at the end of S2...
Sorry. Hardcore Supernatural Fan + Essentially Invisible = Griping.
If this turns out to just be a viral marketing ploy, I don't think they'll get too technical with those who are unfamiliar with the show.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE thought.

What if the two new girls are Tanya and Tricia, and this really is a lame viral marketing ploy? This is Eric Kripke we're talking about here, people... No. There's no way. They'd have something way awesome, and not LJ-based either.
EDIT: Nope, just realized the two new girls are named Ruby and Bela. Yipes. What are they, strippers?

Lots of activity - more on Tanya's livejournal, someone is using Tanya's email and I got a message from Sam.
Sam's message first. He mailed me with the word "Caddy". So I asked if the caddy should be avoided. He replied:

which for me translates to:

I emailed the dude who got Tanya's laptop and he said:

From Livejournal -
Quote:
Had to sneak out of the last place; sorry it wasn't a full entry.
Am at the place that was suggested. For whatever reason, the room I got at the motel already had messages waiting -- this time on the window.
I've included it here.
See what you all can make of it.
Am laying low and moving constantly. Thank god for espresso.

Your email has been compromised. Change your password immediately to something unguessable, and check the SENT items. See if you find anything of interest.... Will get back to you on the window writing.

I'm gonna go solo on this one.
Just want to know... Am I too late to jump into square one?

Given the ROT solution, do you think this is an instruction to meet at the Perfume -- 3041N8815W location?
That's in Mobile, not Birmingham.
*headscratch*
We've started losing clues.

I don't think so, but I don't know how much further this is going. I say the more the merrier.
...what do you mean solo?

That means he won't help us and doesn't expect us to help him. I couldn't do that, I'm too busy. Without you guys, I'd be stuck at square one trying to translate the first text.

LJ update:
Quote:
I was walking around the town today and I could have sworn I saw Trish. The woman looked over, and I swore she caught my eye but then...nothing.
It's like she disappeared -- then again, maybe she didn't. Maybe I'm just seeing things; I've been looking for so long with a caffeine and sugar diet that maybe things are just crashing down.
I don't know. I want to move, but without a solid lead. So far everything is a place, but nothing about those words seem to link to anything . Obviously, we have to be careful (especially with the...stalking), but this is like running into walls.
...
I changed my email password. Working to get something new, but I don't know a secure way to leave the information here. I don't know where to go, really. I checked the "sent" items on there -- some strange stuff going down. Whoever was leaving these messages is really not ...nice.

rally the troops Looks like we missed a couple of the puzzles. The X and the Window text remain unsolved. tanya thinks that 'Hoax Air None Zip" or "Hoax Air Noen Zip" is an anagram, and that the X does not mean the crossroads. So. Help?
