could someone that can see the barcode better than me, possibly list , in order, the sizes of the black bars?

if we get the order, its only a matter of applying the code to the sequence...

EDIT: why do some of the bars look grey? was it just the scanner? this is screwing me up when i try to put the bars into sequence..

EDIT2: And remember:

wide whites = space (? u think?)

wide blacks = med + thin (? u think?)

From what I can tell, the screen automatically puts a thin white between letter so, you cant combine a med. black with a thin black.

well when a letter ends in a "thin" and another begins with a "medium" such as "F" and "G" you could picture those two letters going together yourself...

i could be off here, but this is just what I got from all of this...

EDIT: This was the sequence Phyzix posted..

Quote:
thin thick thin thin thick thin thin space thick thin thick thin thin thick thin thin thick thick thick thin thin thick thick thin thin.

upon further investigation.. i came up with this.. (once again, if there are mistakes and you see them, its crucial you call me out on them)

Quote:
thin, thin+medium, thin, thin, thin+medium+thin, thin, thin, [space] thin+medium, thin, medium, thin, thin, medium, thin, thin, medium, medium, medium, thin, thin, medium, medium+thin, thin, thin

the "wides" looked like the exact length that would be (med + thin) didnt they?

either way im just glad we're finally on the right track..

The first two seem to be an "E" and an "X".
Maybe.

EDIT: The third one may be either two "E's" or more likely an "I".

That would make either "EXEE" or "EXI"

I can't recall at the moment, and there's a lot of back-reading to check, but.. Didn't we establish there were a few stars missing from one of the barcodes? If there is, maybe the stars that are present in the opposite barcode mark the important lines we need?

ok, to start the barcode, there are 3 possible letters. I tried every other letter and they just dont fit. Those letters are:

A, L, R

it could be any one of these.. but its a start..

man i have a feeling this is going to take a while...

I copied the bar code exactly as it looked with no luck. But when I started typing in frustration, it reentered over the original text. Could be a clue.
And damned if I can't remember what I typed.
I'll write it down this time.

you can press space bar and it will create a space so I think the missing bar is a space.

Does it have to spell something or does it just have to look like the barcode?

[Spec]

Maybe we decipher the barcode, THEN anagram it out?

No matter what you type, if you press the button it will write over the text which i think is a glitch cause by the flash programming. Something to do with the dynamic text.

Yeah, I see that, now.
Ya beat me to it, there. And it appears that two letters are all you really need, the one that makes a thin one and one that makes only a thicker one, the "E" and the "T".

The problem with that is that there are so many anagram possibilities with the barcode.
